This place is efficient and super qualitative during certain hours and days. Their new hires over the past 7 months in the night do a lot of 'pull forwards'. There is one awful experience to speak of, though I frequently patron here 2x a week. One youthful African American drive thru recipient behaved awful with me, to the point where I felt like I was not coming back. She wasn't friendly, she dropped 7 quarters after handing over 2 20s for a 32 dollar order. I have a family of 5 FYI. Then I sat there waiting on my food after she threw my change in my hand.... crazy I know but it got worse than that.. I could shrug that off. But her young black manager ...came to her side looking disgusted and asked her with her belly full of an almost due baby again aggressively asking her why wasn't I pulled up, and in return she shrug shaking her head in support of confusion and said she doesn't know. She never said pull up. So then she slammed the window open as he is saying My God, these people... so she chimes MAM WILL YOU PULL UP.. I thought about to go in there and punch everybody in their eye... but that's not ethical and it's better to just ask for my money back.. it was after 7pm. I wasn't going anywhere else to be treated this way, so I said I will just lay it here...so yall could all read about why black people don't patronize black people and the once awful experience I experienced at Zaxbys all because protocol and high stress.. maybe he had been riding her back all day and I received a tenth of that. But I didn't spend my money to be in any of that, yet it seems like I did. And maybe they were transfers from Summer, which I'm never going to... because that's normal for their unethical service at that location BUT NOT MILLINGTON!! SUCH a surprise, I travel far not to run into "us" because there is a severe lack in customer and Frontline servers appreciation...like there is a transparency of hate for one another. No, I'm not encouraging that ever. I just want the service, kind words, and quality products... that's all that we all want from anybody servicing us. Like feed my family at a cost you've chosen on a time you suggest and let me pay you if I'm in agreance and let's just move on.. no lies... no body feeling awful..we're just working together. But she and he doesn't know, I will refuse...

First off they could not get our orders right , 1 kids chicken tender meal , 2 buffalo chicken regular meals with coke, repeats back 3 regular buffalo chicken meals with sweet tea , 1 kids chicken tender meal. No had to correct the meal order and then tells us total 30 something dollars????? Two regular meals and one kids meal?? So as we pull up to the window requested to repeat order , they said 2 kids meals and 2 regular meals , again nooo we had to correct the order again. For kids chicken finger meals requested honey mustard sauce and we asked if they put it in there , low and be hold there was sauce in the kids meal so I go to open it for my grandson he said this isn’t honey mustard, so look on the label it’s zaxby sauce we told them while waiting for our drinks , they gave us the wrong sauce they said we’ll be 25 cents for extra sauce , I said I am not requesting extra sauce the sauce you gave us was not honey mustard so then tell me cannot have honey mustard with the kids meal you have to pay extra, I am sorry didn’t see anything that stated cannot have honey mustard with kids meal??? And me and my daughters meal did not come with all the food it was suppose to plus our cups leaked in her cars cup holders, never will return and never will say anything good about your establishment and definitely would never...
Read moreWent to pick up dinner last night, there was absolutely no one in line so we ordered and then once we get up to the window to pay everything went downhill. Out credit card was runs and then ask we were told to pull up. We were confused because there was no one behind us so we asked why. The woman working the window then tells us that there are roughly 5 cars in front of us because they are behind in orders. Our response was " I wish we had known that before we paid. " The response that came out of the woman's mouth at the window was not only rude and unprofessional but is a negative representation of the brand. "Oh we know. That's why we make you pay first." Not only was that comment inconsiderate but it made us feel like the only thing the location was focused on was money and not actual service quality for the customer. We love Zaxby's and are there often but I truly do not see myself recommending this business or returning...
