More than once (than today) I have run into this problem at this location before, though first time reviewing here. I arrived late to a party of 8 already seated. Because there were children we would overflow to another table I went to let the host/ess know. The group was seated in a booth and table across from each other. I let her know I was arriving late and would either need to take up another table (with a person moving with me) or pull a chair into the aisle to sit with my party (I think they called ahead for a table of 10). She told me it was okay as long as I didn't take another table or sit in the aisle... I'm not the size guy that would have fit in a booth with the existing people. They said they would have to check with the manager because it was usually not allowed. My thing is that the front was telling me I basically shouldn't be there, and we couldn't use one of the many open tables. Eventually they said pull a seat and try not to block the aisle, which I initially suggested, but I think other establishments would have handled the situation more smoothly. I don't know why this is consistently an issue compared to other restaurants.
The server was great after seating, but in the future I will recommend Huey's next door because they seem to be more accommodating in general for medium sized parties. Beware about the front. The manager "Mike" was previously rude to a similar sized party about a similar situation, and seemed to not be in step with the server at that time. This time was marginally better in...
Read moreI want to start by saying the food was good and ticket times were quick. It's a shame there is not a manager that walks the floor on a Saturday night because this could have been prevented.
Our server Cheri started out nice, but as soon as she placed our order she disappeared. She did not stop by for almost an hour after we received our food. My friend asked for a second beer and never received it. She finally swung by and asking for a split check, a Togo box, and a Togo order frazzled her. She didn't come back for some time. Another employee stopped to ask us if we needed help then never did anything or came back after we asked for boxes and the check.
Cherri finally dropped checks. I did not want to sign until I received my Togo order. She snagged the pen, and when I said I haven't signed because I haven't received my food, she scoffed at me, rolled her eyes and threw the pen back on the table. Wouldn't you know she came right out of the kitchen with my Luke warm Togo order. Worst service I have ever had at any Buffalo Wild Wings. If someone can't handle a 5 table section with 11 guests, they shouldn't be a server. Every other server near by turned their...
Read more😑 First, let me say, BWW is one of my favorite places!! I hated to only give 2 stars. This was my first visit to this location. Took my mom, who's 76!! She's never been n was skeptical, but I raved about how awesome it's always been. Service was good, waitress (I swear I can't recall her name...it was yesterday afternoon 11/27 around 2:30-3..she was nice and is not at all to blame for rating. I got boneless wings...for the first time ever, quality was poor. They were really dry, hardly any sauce and were overcooked. Fries were good. Mom got a burger and onion rings. Onion rings were good. Now, mom's burger...this was tragic! It was way over cooked and she could hardly bite into it. She's not a complainer so she said it was okay even though I asked if everything was okay. She attempted 3 bites. Then took the rest to give to a stray cat that frequents her patio. The cat wouldn't even touch it. Do, I'm pretty sure she'll not return. I hate that this was the impression she got since it's certainly not typical of B-Dubs. I hope if she ever agrees to try it again it'll be greatly improved. Such a...
