8/21/2024 Extremely SLOW tonight.not sure they were training others but tonight was crazy slow . Sat at the drive thru for a good bit and waited at the window for a few minutes before I was acknowledged. It wasn’t a hot day but the ice creams were fairly melted as we finally received them. Dripping cones were an absolute mess. Milkshake and blizzard were so soupy we had to freeze them before we could even eat them. I’m proud young people are working but it seemed as whoever was doing the training wasn’t helping the young man that waited on us.

1-5-23. Attitude at the register. We weren’t greeted very friendly at all. Took 4 kids for ice cream and it was obvious the young person at the counter didn’t want to be there. Got the ice cream, went to the table and went back to order fries but waited & waited and no one came to the counter. I went back to the table and decided to try again. I waited again until a young person, who appeared to be in charge, finally waited on me. This person was extremely nice and very helpful but the young person we first enjoy and wasn’t even greeted needs some customer service training for sure. I keep trying to give them a break, but each time the food quality is sub par and the service is poor. The last visit I ordered 2 chili dogs and a fish sandwich in the drive though. The person taking the order said do you want the 2 for $5 chili dog and I said yes. I waited more than minutes, probably for the fish, but finally got the order. When I got home I realized that I only had one chili dog so I called. The person was really rude and asked for the order number. Which I gave from the receipt and says you only ordered one. Yes it turns out that I only was charged for one so there was no need to correct anything, but the fact is I ordered two and they should have at least acknowledged the error but again rudely said" you got your order". We walked in and 2 girls, workers, are chatting at the register. I was standing at the other register as the one girl walked away. I really thought that was the pick up spot. Not totally sure but given what I saw later the one who walked away worked at the register I was standing. The one left at the register never said anything like ‘ I can help you here or that register is not open I can help you here.’ You know saying something a employee would might say to a customer. She just stood there with a smirk on her face. Placed the order and what my daughter got made me glad I didn’t leave a tip. Chili cheese dog missing the cheese.
