I've been to a couple of Burger King in this time period I'm hoping I'm writing the review for the one that's in Millville right off of Route 47 and I think High Street the store was dirty I was in there because I I'm a T-Mobile customer and you were offering with them a free Whopper which I've used several times but you changed your app around I could not figure out how to use it to get my free Whopper the girl taking the orders didn't know how to get to it she asked the manager who was extremely rude basically said if you don't know how to use it we don't have to help you someone else in the store overheard we talking to him because I was getting loud I guess and came over and showed me I did call and complain because I wasn't even given a receipt the person on the phone was only concerned about the store condition didn't seem to care about the manager's attitude maybe it's because you were giving something away free she sent me out a free coupon for a free Whopper which already expired I have to give it to you for your customer service because it really stinks I also wrote the T-Mobile about this incident like I said if this is the store in Millville that's the one I'm talking about since then you have changed your app again and I was in your Burger King in memora and the gentleman behind the counter took his time and showed us how to use it but I think he was wrong because it didn't give us a spot to put the code that we had the copy and paste but he did give us our Whoppers and apologized that store was very clean and had plenty of help even so it...
Read moreI was feeling hungry this Friday afternoon and decided to visit my local Burger King in Millville, NJ. My girlfriend and I tried their chicken sandwich made with lettuce and mayonnaise. Upon eating the sandwiches, we noticed the lettuces were exceptionally large and chucky, some pieces more yellow than green and brown around the edges. So, I called the store manager, Brooke and told her about my experience with the sandwiches. She replied, "Oh our lettuces are always big and chucky." Then, I commented the lettuces weren't green and were yellow in color besides being brown. Nevertheless, she didn't care and I asked her who was her supervisor and she said the office manager was Jackie. Then I called Jackie explained my situation and she started arguing with me about the quality of the lettuces. Eventually, she stated that BK would compensate me for the sandwiches and then hung up on me. Remember this Jackie, if you can't listen professionally to a customer's complaint, maybe you shouldn't be working at BK. I then ask to speak to the manager to address my complaint. The manager exactly response to me and he rudely interupted me as I was speaking, I have to understand the stress that his staff has been under due to the covid-19 and in stead of complaining about my setvice, I should be thanking them for working during this epademic.
