I had my daughter's bday today & it was great . Heaven (party host)was great & we were able to get in our room a half hour early to set up & Heaven was on top of getting the kids their socks & wristbands right away to play. She also dished out pizza and checked in even though she was super busy non-stop. It was busy but not out of control. We had a party room in the back with the bathrooms right next to us so that was great. The only complaints I have is all our kids kept getting stuck in the back foam pit cuz it's really deep with no steps or way to get out so we had to physically pull the kids out & they all lost their socks so there's gotta be tons of socks down in there. Later explained in owners comment so that's understandable. Also outside the bathroom the floor was extremely wet from the water fountain & kids were falling everywhere. There is noone cleaning at all ,the bathrooms or spills or anything so dont count on it. It's probably done after all the crazy party rushes or at closing time which can you really blame them? By the time we were leaving at 4:30 the bathrooms were dirty and smelled like crap. Someone should clean & check the bathrooms at least just for sanitary purposes. There is almost no supervision of your kids since it's all teens working there so just watch your kids ,the waiver makes that very clear. I saw a few kids get hurt because they weren't being watched by their parents. Oh well. They provide the fun & they aren't babysitters. Overall it was awesome . definitely worth it to get a party room . There should definitely be more supervision in the bubble thing cuz everytime I walked past a kid was stuck upside down in it with no help or adults around. Main takeaway ,My daughter had the best day ever ,her friends & even teen brothers & cousins had a great time. It's an awesome place. Just make sure you watch your kids. We will definitely come again. We had a great day. Thank you for making my daughters birthday special. *Bring drinks for your kids . The kids get very thirsty. I'm not sure if you can purchase drinks ,we got some with the party room and brought...
Read moreFirst we went with our 2 toddlers and and 6 year old and was charged a hundred dollars for a hour of jumping! A month later a new one open by our house and decided throw a bday party for our daughter there. First off I was three hundred for 10 kids which the bday kid was counted as one of the ten kids! Which I thought that was insane! It was a bunch of cram up rooms in the back like a slave shop! Waitress was very unprofessional and very uninformative of any information on how the party worked! The website said that the party was $300 plus we had to put down a $100 deposit which the website said that you are only required to put a $50 dollar payment if it was schedule 2 days before the party. When we paid we were told it was $320 plus the $100 deposit we put down! So a grand total of $420 dollars! Which is an insane price for the service we received and the amount of actual jump time! Plus they hosted 5 parties at once and allowed other people throw parties in the public area of the place which led it to being way over crowded! Plus they had to shut down an area because they had to rescue and cut straps and other things to get a kid out who was stuck in an obstacle! But yet not a single person receive any kind of compensation for it! Yet there was also other areas of the place also shut down! And yet still no compensation! To say it was a bad experience is to say the least, because these problems occur at 2 different locations! Parents beware of this place! There are other places like this that aren’t out to empty your bank accounts and have children...
Read moreMy and my mom took our granddaughters here on an early Friday afternoon. The kids are ages 6 and 7. They loved it and had a blast! The play areas are clean and safe enough. The staff is friendly and attentive when approached. We thought the pricing for the activities was fair; however, we felt that some of the arcade games were very over priced, but there are a variety of arcade options and to be fair, there were some cheaper arcade games prices too. Our only concern while here was that one of the inside doors leading out to the foyer was left open about 6 inches, and the outer automatic double doors were standing fully open onto the sidewalk and into the street. My mother saw a 3/4 year old boy almost walk out alone, she jumped up and took his hand and asked the boy to help her find his Mommy or Daddy. The Daddy was nearby but had not seen his boy come out of the play pit and had no idea he had almost walked outside. It is so easy to loose sight of your child for a minute in this environment. The open doors are a safety concern with small children. A child could walk out alone, or worse someone could walk out with a child. I understand that it is not the center's job to watch the children, but it might be good to have someone be assigned near the doors as a safety precaution and deterrent. Other than that, I would recommend this...
