KFC — Restaurant in Millville

Ordered a double down meal got a sandwich all greasy and small not double down meat. The hot sauce was oil. The big black ghetto fabulous lady working there gonna tell me I need exact change in order to get refund which is bs. I go out to my car then come back in and she's talking smack about me that I ate my sandwich and I want free money. So I said to her that I didn't ask for a full refund I wanted my sandwich refunded and she was screaming at me along with another dirty looking white female employee screaming at me very ghetto and unperfessional if they wanted to talk about me they could've waited til I lefted they both need to be fired. Went in and placed an order. Heard all this drilling noise, in the back. Two guys ripping up the floor. They started working near the food. The floor is tile, so he had to pry it up (mini jackhammer tool I don't know. Chisel or something). I watched debris fly up into where they were cooking the chicken right in front of an employee of kfc. He completely ignored the fact that all of that was going on. Immediately demanded the manager an got a refund. Even the manager said that those workers shouldn't be working in that area. Especially near the food. This KFC location is ideal as it is the only one in the immediate area of the Millville/ Vineland border area. Cleanliness is tip top compared to other Fast Food locations in the area and the Food is hot and delicious. Main reason I rated it 4 Stars is because the last 3 times I've visited this location they have consistently forgot parts of my order (last time I had to go back to the counter twice for missing my drinks when handing me my food and then when I was leaving as I noticed they forgot the sauce). I do wholeheartedly believe that the accuracy issues and slow service time is caused because of this location being understaffed. Overall great location and food just make sure to check your order...
