Crumbl — Restaurant in Millville

I have enjoyed every flavor that I've tried, and they are well made and made fresh. I will say, When doing a mobile order for the mini cookies on mondays I have only been successful in aquiring the actual mini sized cookies once. There were 2 other times I ordered minis on Monday, and when they arrived they were full sized. Which I'm not complaining about because I only paid the minis price so kinda got a deal there. I also did a mobile pickup order on a Monday morning one time and had to wait 2-3 hours after my scheduled pickup time due to ingredient supply issues. So I'd say if you're going to do a mobile pickup for mini and/or new flavors, definitely schedule it for the afternoon. Staff are friendly...

Went to Crumbl Cookie today and saw the girl making cookies drop a cookie on the floor pick it up with her gloves and continue making cookies without changing her gloves. When I asked for new cookies she got all upset started heavy breathing, throwing boxes, and rolling her eyes! There was one helpful girl with braids who really tried to help the situation I wish I caught her name because she deserves 5 stars! Well, I tried this Crumbl cookie today and I bit into the cookie and it was like instantly being in the ocean and taking a mouthful of salt water. I had called them and said I think there’s something wrong with your cookie and they simply replied yeah we’re sorry we got our ingredients mixed up, never even offered to replace my cookie I took a 40 minute ride to get a mouthful of salt could’ve done that with my salt shaker at home PS crumble.
