I usually love Dominos but this experience was awful. I ordered 2 pizzas, chicken wings and the cheddar bacon tots. The first pizza did not have the correct toppings, the pepperoni tasted spoiled like it had sat out unrefrigerated and the bottom of the pizza was burnt. The tots were really burnt and dry and the wings had the opposite problem as they were undercooked and bright pink inside. I attempted to call the store to complain but the automated system would pick up and play the advertisements until the system would finally hang up because nobody was answering. I did this for 30 minutes until I finally was able to get someone. He got the manager for me whose response was they were too busy to answer the phone so they haven’t been doing that for the last 2 hours. He did not apologize for the experience or have any customer service skills what so ever. His justification was just that they were too busy to pay attention to the quality of the items they were making. At this point I just wanted my money back. He had already told me they were too busy to prepare food correctly or to Even answer the phone, so I did not want anything else to eat from this establishment. I am just hoping the spoiled piece of pepperoni doesn’t give me food poisoning. Sorry but their staffing issues are not an excuse for poor quality and a lack of customer service. They also need to reconsider the customer service skills of their managers. Only positive of the whole experience was the delivery guy was friendly.
Edit: In order to refund my money they sent a driver to pick up the disaster they delivered to me that they called food. I happily gave it back to them because we weren’t going to eat it.
