I visited Starbucks recently to claim my birthday rewards drink, and overall, the experience was satisfactory. The process of ordering and claiming my reward was quick and easy, and I appreciated the ample parking available, especially during the morning rush.
I opted for a Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap, and unfortunately, it left something to be desired. The wrap was disappointingly dry, with noticeable flaking that made it challenging to enjoy. Perhaps a bit more attention to ensuring the wrap's moisture could elevate this breakfast option.
As for the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, it was a bit too sweet for my taste. Next time, I'll consider requesting fewer pumps of syrup to strike a better balance. Despite the sweetness issue, the drink itself was well-prepared and maintained the quality I expect from Starbucks beverages.
In conclusion, my visit was a mix of positives and drawbacks. While the quick service and convenient parking were appreciated, the dry Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap and overly sweet Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino left room for improvement. I'll likely return, but with adjustments to my order to enhance the...
Read moreI went there today 9/28 at 10:15ish. I ordered online and it said it would be ready around 10:12. I even got the notification that it was ready. When I got there the drink was the only thing ready and the food wasn't. There were about 3 workers standing around and having conversations. There was a heavy set lady with a nose ring who gave me the wrong information and told me in a snooty voice that the pick up times are not exact. She was the one making the drinks. I have been coming to this place for a while now and I'm familiar with the process so I know she's full of it. Please fire her. Also, I showed up way past the pick up time so the service was slow and workers are not working. The icing on the cake was that when I got to work and drank my tea, said tea was coffee. I couldn't go back because I had to work. So here are some suggestions, get workers that actually do work, can read and follow order directions, and have good attitude. You can't be asking to raise your minimum wage while giving terrible service and inconveniencing people. It's a shame because I used to get good service here but it doesn't look like that's...
Read moreGoogle suggested that I review this particular Starbucks; as if to say, this Cafe is not a major franchise that dominates the Big Coffee empire. Nonetheless, review I will. Starbucks coffee it is a carbon copy of any other generic Starbucks. No one going to this Milpitas location, dare I say any Starbucks location, visits with intent to enjoy their beverage on site; unless, they are looking for a splash of covid with their caffeine.
Gone are the days of asking the customer for their name at this Milpitas Starbucks. This is perhaps the most enjoyable part of the experience for me. For a brief moment, early in the morning, I can role play and imagine that I am someone else. "Can I get your name for the order?"
-"Gustavo. But it's spelled a Z." To which I let them choose where they believe the letter Z would go.
Or
-"Bruce Wayne. Not, Batman. Please be sure to indicate that on the cup- Not Batman"
Or
-"No" pause "The name is, No" pause "short for Noah and...
