Taco Bell — Restaurant in Milton-Freewater

This place is always so slow and I don't know why because it's never busy. The one in walla walla is super fast and they are always busy so I never understand why this one is so slow. Also some of the workers there are so rude. You can tell they definitely do not want to be working there. I don't expect much from a place like this I just want to pull up to someone that is nice and isn't gonna slam the window closed in my face when I let them know if my order is wrong, or just ignore me when I can see that they see me waving my hand at the window for someone to come to it. It's mostly the young people that are rude like the kids that are still in high school. The older adults seem to be more helpful and nice. Some kids these days just do not care about customer service. So this makes me not want to go here very often. And I have noticed when I do a on line order they seem to get it wrong more often then right. So yea this isn't my favorite taco bell. Hopefully it gets better...

The kiosks are located about 20 inches off the floor. I hope you like to get on your knees to order food.... What a terrible design choice. How about, if Taco Bell refuses to pay enough people to keep the store operational then they should at least put the kiosks at a level that can be used by normal height people that are not children or wheel chair bound. Also they won't help you until everyone of the drive through is gone. If you walk in you will be waiting for everyone else that showed up after you to be helped first. They people that walk in are not helped until no one is on the drive-thru. I also ordered items with steak and cheese. I got beef as in seasoned hamburger beef and no cheese. I will never ever come back to this location ever again. The food was also dry and the entire store smelled like...

Had a really bad experience last week attempting to order via drive through. So my wife and I had to wait about 30 seconds to even start our order due to what seemed like a couple of 10yr old girls (employees) laughing at each other uncontrollably for reasons unknown. Once I started repeating our order, I was interrupted several times by one of them deliberately making weird sounds and silly voices back to me through the menu speaker. We ordered 6 chalupas, nachos, and a burrito, also requesting mild sauce. We received 1 packet of mild sauce and they continued laughing as they informed at the window they could only accept cash. By the time I returned from bank with cash food was cold and soggy. Overall a very disappointing experience, I won't return until they hire some adults to work...
