Always have a good experience at this location, this recent time wasn’t exactly the best. It was raining, there were a few cars in line, we were the last vehicle and wanted to make life a little easier for the runner/order-taker sooo we decided to give ordering on the app a shot. Runner came to our window to take our order and we told her we ordered on the app. She double checked on her iPad and specifically said our order won’t be ready til the estimated pick up time which was in about 10 min. Then she went back inside, this wasn’t an issue since we were the last car and there were still cars ahead of us. So we figured our drinks should be ready by the time we get to the window.

(By the time we get to the window there were some cars that pulled up behind us of which we assumed have not ordered) We get to the window and the same runner greeted us and told us to circle around or pull off and park and wait til our estimated pick up time to come get our order. This did not make sense since we were the last car to order and they didn’t have any other orders. I was going to explain our confusion to which she cut me off and stood her ground(I see another employee making drinks similar to what we ordered) Not wanting to escalate the situation we just parked off to the side. We wait and noticed the next car ordered at the window and waited for their drink, again this did not make sense since our order was placed why did we have to wait longer then the next car who hadn’t ordered yet??

I go to the pick up window and noticed our drinks sitting there. The guy was nice and gave me the drinks. This was just an unfortunate experience. Ordering ahead at Dutch bros in Walla Walla was a much...

Most of the time I come here, service is fast and friendly. This morning, however, the young man who "helped" me left a less than favorable impression. He asked what I wanted, and immediately after I placed my order, shut the window without even asking whether or not I wanted whipped cream. I always say "no," but the fact that he didn't even ask told me the last thing on his mind was my order. He opened the window just long enough to stick his hand out and tell me the total. He grabbed my money, shoved my drink in my hand, then shut the window again while getting my change. When he gave it to me, I had to very quickly hand my stamp card to him as it was clear he was only too happy to be rid of me. I arrived in a good mood, and left in a poor one. Sorry, but you lost my business today.

There is never a bad time for a drink at Dutch Bros! No matter your mood or taste they will have something to suit your needs, and if it's not on the menu they have no problems making whatever you like- I will say however that the Milton shop is nowhere near as efficient or as quick as the walla walla shops. You can walk up in the walla shops and they will get your drink done quickly, Milton walk up tends to take just as long or longer than waiting in line, but once you do get your drink, it’s always a good one! If for some reason, you’re not happy, they are always more than happy to correct it! The staff is always great too, I accidentally forgot my wallet and they let me take my drink and come back and pay which was super appreciated! You just can’t go wrong overall when it comes...
