Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket, got home and found 2 strips missing. I tried calling, 5 times and let it ring at LEAST 20 times each call, and got no answer! There were at least 3 workers there when I picked up my order, so surely ONE of them could have answered the phone! I ended up calling the corporate office and they will notify the mobile app department with a request for a refund, but they couldn't tell me how much, if any, I MIGHT be refunded. You completely dropped the ball DQ on all points, very disappointing! This was about a year ago... Sept, 2021...
Update: So, I was invited to try them again, which I did, yesterday, 9/14/22, and I ordered a salad with rotisserie chicken and 6 piece chicken basket with a blizzard. The salad was very wilted and tasted like chemicals were sprayed on it, soggy salad is NEVER refreshing. This chicken basket had the correct amount, this time, yay, somebody can count, but the chicken was either over cooked or was under the warmer WAY too long, it was dark brown and dried out! Read moreI purposely got on this site after witnessing a customer call a manager named amber a bi**h and demanding 25$ worth of free food. Funny thing is people like to come on and give horrible reviews even if they are in the wrong. I go to Dairy Queen in milton freewater Everyday..yes everyday. My kids love it and I like my blizzard a certain way. I've watched people come in being very rude and I've always seen amber act in a professional way. When she's working I know she's got her staff in order and I always receive great service. If anything is wrong it's fixed right away. Some people need to understand that first you can't constantly come in and say the food is bad and expect it free if you eat it. 2nd. It's dairy queen where most of our kids get their first jobs so have some patience with them and 3rd. If you say the food is bad everytime you go but want more of the so called bad food to replace it just stop going. Iam a paying customer and not related to anyone at that Dairy Queen. Was told yes, but seemed light for my order so I parked and checked. Was missing an entire Chicken Strip basket with cheese curds. Tried to go inside to get it and all the doors where locked (was surprised because people where still eating) got back in line and let them know at the box why and she said "go a head and pull around" so we waited another 20 minutes in drive through and at the window. The 1st time I was there they asked if i wanted any dipping sauce and I said "just the gravy it comes with" I was asked this the second time around only to be told "we are out of gravy" so after all this I still didn't get exactly what I was expecting.
