We tried a flight of three single origin coffees ($15) each with a unique flavor profile and all enjoyable. Ben gave us the run down of different processing types and a general education about coffee. Also, it turns out they have special events and happy hours. Looking forward to those.
It was a nice, educational way to spend a small part of the afternoon with knowledgeable, friendly hosts. I wish I wasn't two bags into a coffee supply already, or I would have bought some on the spot.
