We stopped by Saturday, April 16, for a quick dine in lunch after attending a local event and on our way to several other places (celebrating a birthday weekend for one family member) before heading home. We originally planned to go to a pizza place and I regret that we didn't. We ordered our customized burgers and filled our drinks without issue, so we thought. We went to choose a table and found all of them empty but only one of them not dirty. Our food was quickly ready and everyone started unwrapping in great anticipation of a delicious treat only to be disappointed on finding incorrectly made sandwiches. Three out of four sandwiches were made standard and not customized at all. Two people chose not to make a complaint or have theirs corrected but mine would have made me ill for days. My impossible burger was slathered in mayonnaise and topped with lettuce, two big no-no's with my dietary needs. I checked the receipt and found that the cashier had neglected to ring my sandwich up without mayonnaise but the other two clearly were supposed to be customized. I returned my burger to the crew and within minutes had a newly made customized sandwich and one half-hearted apology. I made them aware that the other burgers were incorrect but that my family were eating them anyway, hoping that they would be more careful making orders and less concentrated on their chit-chat. I understand that an employee had dropped their razor in the shower twice and stepped on it cutting the bottom of their toes. The employee had just hobbled in and announced it to everyone as we were ordering. Not in the best taste but it is what it is. Not one crew member came to clean the dining area the entire time we were there although the lobby and the drive thru were not busy. Read moreWe came here tonight (9/3/18) at about 8:30 pm and the lady on the microphone was very rude to us because we had to add an item. I let that go and we went on around to get our food. It got out the window pretty fast. The staff at the window was rude to us again. ( Not as much rude as acting in a way you shouldn't when someone is paying for food from a company they work for) Then we drive off. The fries were hot so I figured ok we're good there's no way the burgers could be cold. We made it home about 3 minutes after receiving the food sat down passed out the burgers and as soon as I put my hand on them I felt the coldness. Every single Whopper was completely cold like the meat had been in the freezer. It was nothing like the Burger King Whopper I'm used to and we were all very disapointed. The flaws didn't stop there I open the cold burger up and there was litteraly 3 tiny pieces of lettuce,a little pile of ketchup that would maybe fill about a nickel size spot on the burger and at least 6 onion rings. I like onion rings but I think 6 full rings of onions a bit excessive because I didn't ask for extra onion, easy lettuce or an Arctic Whopper.
Bottom line. I have gotten some real good food from this BK but tonight they were severely lacking on customer service as well as food. I think I have my receipt still. I'm gonna call you there tomorrow and ask for them to reimburse me or TRY to...

I probably eat at a Burger King twice a month and often times feed my management team BK breakfast but today really got me, I usually don’t complain because of the way I am treated when I complain, I usually don’t go back or wait for a period of time to go back. So it’s the 4th of July I am grilling but I am getting a Whopper Jr meal to hold me off, I was impressed with the service and even the speed of service but when I tried my onion rings and burger, they were both old( I used to be a Director for BK before changing industry). Because my first impression, speed and service was so good I said that they probably wanted to know and do the right thing. Apparently the first person that I spoke to that I wanted to bring my food back through DT and have it replaced, he said that I would have to come on the inside because it would hurt their speed of service time. I told him I would call right before I got there because I didn’t want to get out of my car, apparently he wasn’t the MOD and referred me to his boss, she also told me that I would have to come in.
