I wish I had read the reviews first! 20 out of last 22 are 1 star! Horrible Dominos! And tonight's order was as horrible as all the other reviews. I ordered at 7:42 according to Domino's website. Within 2 minutes it was in the "Prep" stage. over 1 hour later it was STILL in the "Prep" stage. So I called to find out if the status was just not updating and my order was on the way, or to cancel the order if they hadn't started yet because it was over an hour later, almost 9pm and I was extremely hungry with an evening of work ahead of me. The computer answered the phone and put me in a hold loop without a human being ever picking up. After over 20 minutes, I gave up and hung up. This left me being held hostage to waiting for the delivery person and having no idea why it is now taking almost 1.5 hours. Suddenly it moved to "baking" after almost 1 hour and 40 minutes. Then it stayed in "quality check for another 20 minutes....for a single 10" individual pepperoni pizza, how hard is that to check? I received my pizza at my door 2 hours and 15 minutes after ordering, cold and like rubber. BONUS: They threw in a 2nd pizza that was also cold and rubbery and of which I had no need and it went in the trash as well. If they had answered their phone and explained what was going on, I would be more willing to work with them. But not answering the phone and holding me hostage all evening so I couldn't cancel and go grab some fast food somewhere else is completely unacceptable and slimy business practice. I will never order from this Domino's again. I suggest if you do, plan to order at least 2 hours in advance and to receive cold...
Read moreI went here to pickup an order for my mom. The atmosphere was NOT IT. I’ve never been to this location. First when I went in I wasn’t acknowledged. And then I told the man behind the counter I was picking up. I told him the name and he said 5mins. Time past and he gave me the first item and I told him there were 2 items he rolled his eyes and I just brushed it off. While I’m waiting for the 2nd item another customer comes to pickup an order she had for delivery. She’s trying to talk to a lady behind the counter so she can pay for her items. The lady behind the counter is talking to the guy that rolled his eyes at me about trying to change the lovely lady’s order from delivery to carry out. The lady is trying to tell her she just wants to pay and leave and the lady rudely cuts her off and snaps at her and tells her that’s not what we are on right now. And I felt disrespected for the poor lady because all she wanted to do was pay and leave. After this the guy comes back and asks for the name on order again I told him and he finds the order that he should have found when I told him there was another order. Read moreTonight we ordered several items from Domino's Store # 4193 in Alpharetta GA. We waited nearly two hours. The tracker kept saying it was on its way. I called the store and spoke to the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a restaurant. She was the store manager, Lortoya. First she said they only had two drivers but the food was on its way. I asked her when should we expect it. She then said they only had one driver and the food was still sitting in the store. So I asked her which one was it. I asked her again when should we expect it. She got nasty and claimed I didn't ask her that before. She literally called me a liar. Then asked me what the hell else I wanted. The food or a refund. I chose refund. Ordered Marco's instead and they had the food to us in 15 minutes. There is also a Pizza Hut and Papa John's nearby as well. Between home and business, we order Domino's a few times a month. No more. This "manager" deserves to be fired, and we are all done with Domino's. Just look at all the recent similar negative reviews saying the same thing.
