Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Milton

I really had no issue with the food everything was good! My issue is that I ordered online for pick up so my boyfriend could grab it when he was done with work. I ordered at 5:05 and it said it would be done by 5:15-5:25 okay thats great but when he went to pick it up they told him that there was no order placed with my name. So I go and double check my order and the address and everything said that it was good and placed. I ended up having to send him pictures to prove that I made an order and then he still waited for a while after that. Then we were told that because I made an online order it doesn't show up for them. What? They had to go and search my name up. Nothing about that whole event made sense. I had made online orders at other dominos and had no problem and I'm not even a member or anything but then I get told something like that. I was not happy that they told me that they didn't have my order cause I paid and I also hated that my boyfriend was there for an hour just trying to get our food the whole reason we got it cause it was supposed to be fast. If yall are not getting people orders but they are still getting charged this issue needs to be...

Rude employees unwilling to resolve issue. We ordered a philly cheese steak pizza over the phone. Never had one before and wanted to try it. We ordered it just like it came no additions no subtractions. Go to pick it up and it has red sauce on it instead of the white sauce. Who eats a philly cheese with red sauce?? It’s supposed to come with the white sauce. Complained and was told that, thats the way we ordered it. So we were SOL. We ordered it over the phone and told them we had never had one before and wanted to try it just the way it came no additions no subtractions. This was also the first and last time we have ever eaten at this place. All they had to do was replace the wrong order with the correct one and they may have had a repeat customer for a long time to come. Not gonna happen now. I will take my family’s business elsewhere. There are plenty of other pizza places in town to choose from that don’t blame there customers when they make a mistake. This is also the first time I have ever had a restaurant tell me when they got my order wrong, that I got my order wrong. You can’t make this stuff up! My suggestion skip Dominos and get your pizza...

I have been using this location of Domino's since moving into this area 3 years ago. Up until last night, I LOVED THEM! When I picked up my pizza for dinner last night, I was treated like crap by the staff. It was like i was inconveniencing them. They talked down to me and were giving me the evil eye, especially the little blond girl at the dough station. She was at the register when I walked in and then ignored me. The girl who was cutting pizzas ask my name and told me my order was just coming out of the oven. I watched her slice it and put it on the hot shelf, called my order was ready, and went and did a different task. Then the little blond girl snapped at me when I put my arms up in the air out of disgust that I was being completely ignored. After that, the girl that sliced my pie begrudgingly grabbed my order, dropped it on the counter and took my money...no thank you, no come again, no apology for making me wait, and most importantly...no smile but a smirk of incredulity!

Therefor, I will be taking my business to others. I have never been treated the way I was last night at this...
