Horrible. I will never order from this place again and will tell everyone I know about how this store conducts business and treats their customers. On 2/19, the delivery person forgot to deliver a portion of my order and went back to the store to get the remainder of the order. Stupidly, I signed the check and gave it to the driver. After 25 minutes, I called, spoke to Mary, and asked that the portion that was not delivered be credited back to my card. She told me a manager would process the credit the next day and I was see it in 2/3 days. I asked to speak to the manager and was told one was not onsite. I then asked for the manager's name and was given the name of Akeel. On 2/23, after waiting four days, I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. When I asked for the manager's name, he hung up on me. right off the bat, just hung up. I called back a second time and the same manager picked up. I explained everything to him and told him that I didn't appreciate being hung up on. I then asked for his name and was told, "Bill Clinton." The manager then offered to give me the item for free the next time I ordered, however I told him that I was never going to order from them again and asked for the item to be credited back on my card. Again, I had the date, person I spoke with's name, and check number from Sunday night. I then asked for the Regional Manager's name and "Bill Clinton" gave me Akeel's name. When I stated that Mary had told me that Akeel was the store manager and that I wanted the regional manager's name, he told me that Akeel was, in-fact, the regional manager. The conversation, going nowhere, I then told him that I would make a complaint to the Corp. office and asked him, again, for his name, to which he responded "go-ahead" and hung up on me, again.
I have never had a problem with his place in the past, however, this is inexcusable. This was a very simple screw up, one that is bound to happen and is easily addressed. The restaurant did not deliver food they charged me for and failed to follow up with the refund, all because a manager was not working on a Sunday night?? Secondly, the manager on 2/23 hung up on me, twice, refused to give me his real name, and also refused to give me the name of the regional manager (which I asked for twice, as well). Such a shame. I picked the Florentine as a more healthier option as I wanted something with less carbs and more protein, same with the Caesar salad. Ordering triple servings of chicken for both was only 80 cents more for each. The Florentine pizza was light in saltiness and grease. The tomatoes, Spinach, substituted green peppers instead of red onions, and Romasean crust gave it a naturally sweet taste, but the crust and the feta cheese gave it a nice salty flavor that made it savory. The Caesar salad was great as well, came with 2 Caesar salad dressing packets that was enough for the entire salad. I couldn't finish it, but had it as leftovers the next day in my hotel room as a snack. What I like most about this Marco's Pizza location are how quick the employees got my order ready. I was given an 11 minute estimate, and I got there within that time and they were pretty much finished with preparing my order. I even asked for a few plates since I was ordering to-go and they graciously provided me with some plates which made it easier for my partner and I to eat in our hotel room. I stayed at the Courtyard Atlanta Alpharetta, and this Marco's Pizza is only a 5 minute drive away from it, don't even need to get on busy, high traffic roads to get to it. Great service and great...
Read moreWe've ordered from here for years and the food is great but costumer service has been horrible. A month or two ago the MANAGER got bored according to the server and left for the night. They didn't have a driver, but still allowed online delivery orders to still process. So after the food was made they called us to come pick it up?? Then this week we ordered online, and after it was 30 minutes late we called the store to see if there was a problem, and when the food might be delivered. The gentleman was rude and short with my husband and hung up on him! We called back thinking it must have been a mistake and they didn't answer the phone for another 30 minutes. The order was an hour late and missing part of the order. Very disappointing. I completed the online guest feedback but never heard from cooperate that's why I'm posting the review.
