It makes me sad reading the reviews they have had recently. It's a good business, food is almost always hot, 9/10 the orders right (I order so much at least a few orders are bound to get messed up, no biggie). But last night, an employee ring my doorbell once, my dogs did not bark, I did not hear the doorbell and neither did my roommate so I suppose the doorbell is out. The employee did not attempt to knock, after watching the cameras he didn't even attempt to ring the doorbell again. He rang it once waited a minute and set my food on a rocking chair, plenty out of sight from stepping outside. So, I was under the impression my food had not been delivered, and I call Pizza Hut. He says it showed the order was delivered so I walked around my front porch and found my food on the rocking chair. I personally don't assume a rocking chair is the best place to set food closed by cardboard boxes, so I find it, marinara sauce is all over the ground, my pizza fell to the ground as well. I take the food inside while I'm on the phone with the employee, at this point it's been sitting outside for 30 minutes, some of it on the ground. So, after sitting outside for so long now there's bugs coming out of the box when I'm opening it. The only thing that made it was mozzarella sticks cause it's in a tightly sealed plastic container. The kid on the phone was nice especially for how annoying I was, he spoke with the manager on duty. The manager informed the employee he could credit me $8.. $8 doesn't replace food that fell to the ground and one ring of a faulty doorbell as well. I really like this specific Pizza Hut. knots dried up. called the milton location on dogwood to give them a chance to fix the issue and it only got worse from there. lady answered " pizza hut hold please " 5 minutes later she came back and I told her the issue I had and she asked if I want credit or remake I said credit would be fine. she puts me back on hold without saying anything. another lady picks up the line 5 minutes later and says " this is heather can I help" I Tell her I've been helped already and she talks back with a rude tone I'm the manager shes passed the call over. so I had to explain everything all over again. but now this time shes second guessing my issues saying thats wierd i made the garlic knots myself today. that's wierd the pizza was on time. then she says I'll give you a credit of 20$ under your phone number and I said ok that will be fine. and she hangs up.
