If I could rate this restaurant lower than one star, I most certainly would. My visit to this culinary catastrophe was nothing short of a nightmare. As a vegetarian with a severe shrimp allergy, I was assured that the basil rolls I ordered would be free from any seafood. Alas, it turned out to be a reckless lie that put my health and well-being in grave danger.
Picture this: I place my order, specifically emphasizing my allergies to shrimp, hoping that my simple request would be diligently followed. Oh, how naive I was!
The basil rolls arrived, looking harmless enough on the surface. However, upon my first bite, I felt an unmistakable tingling sensation that immediately raised red flags. Panic ensued as I realized that my worst fears were coming true - the rolls were undoubtedly tainted with shrimp!
Summoning the courage, I beckoned the manager, expecting a prompt and serious resolution to this life-threatening oversight. But what I received instead was an appalling display of indifference and apathy. The manager's blasé attitude only fueled my frustration, as they casually brushed off my grave predicament and nonchalantly handed the matter to a junior staff member.
The lack of concern for my safety was utterly mind-boggling. This was no trivial matter; my life was on the line! Yet, the junior staff member's response was equally as underwhelming as the manager's, displaying a complete lack of training or empathy in handling such sensitive situations.
To make matters worse, the manager failed to show any remorse or remorseful compensation for their blatant negligence. Instead, they seemed more interested in brushing me off and continuing with their lackluster day-to-day operations. This level of customer service is nothing short of abhorrent and highlights a gross disregard for patrons' well-being.
It is disheartening to witness a restaurant that treats the lives and health of its customers with such reckless abandon. If I could implore potential diners with one piece of advice, it would be this: steer clear of this establishment unless you have a penchant for gastronomic Russian Roulette!
In conclusion, my experience at this restaurant was a harrowing ordeal, leaving me not only physically compromised but also deeply disappointed in the utter lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the management and staff. As I reflect on this traumatic event, I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking a safe and enjoyable dining experience. Trust is a fragile commodity, and this restaurant has shattered it irreparably....
Read moreBest Thai food ever because I dont taste fish sauce and Im southeastern asian. So its not authentic, but this is my favorite kind of thai food. Thai food is typically my least favorite because I cant do fish sauce and left overs get even funkier and thrown out. After 5 years in Georgia, not only i found a great thai restaurant, but i finally found my favorite restaurant ever that I will keep going to. I ordered late takeout and it was a little sketchy how quick they made it in 10 mins, but that didnt matter. Everything was so good and i didnt suspect anything old. I got beef fried rice and they were very generous with the beef. I would have like a little less veggies and more rice ironically. Usually other places, there is way too much rice. This time, my 6 year old liked it so much, believe it or not, i was searching and seperating to get more rice on his plate without too much veggies. i love how its not that chewy rubbery beef like what they do to it in chinese restaurants. Got chicken pad see ew, and im a new fan of this wide rice noodle dish. This was the dish i was craving for in the first place. Also got pork pad kra pow. I was expecting minced pork, but its not. Its just a stir fry with veggies, but the brown sauce is amazing. Very aromatic and perfect balance of sweet and savory. I also got the chicken salad (larb). This is not my favorite. Maybe it was too white and bland looking. It was a little sweet which is new to me. But this is something every restaurant does very differently. I would liked more rice powder, alot more pepper and a hint of lime and a lot of garnishes like cilantro, green onion, mint etc. Their spicy red sauce on the side that comes in a small plastic container is amazing too. Its a little sour with a nice kick to it that went well with everything. Cost is a little pricey, almost 20 bucks per entree, but the portions are big, however I couldnt stop eating so there wasnt...
Read moreFRAUDDDDDDDD ALERT!! avoid this place at all cost!! I wish I could give this place a zero!!! The food was the WORST Thai food I have ever had. The service was just as bad. 6 of us ordered different items on the menu and half the food came first and the other half late and when asked about our last and final dish the server rudely tells us "it's still being prepared" funny because half of us are almost done eating and the food was still not here. The worst part of this entire experience was the automatic tipping. She gave us one receipt as pictured below with a 20% tip which is fine- and when we split the bill the 20% tip "somehow" became 25% but it stated only 20. The math did not add up. Then once confronted server said the original receipt was tipped wrong and re printed THE SAME total but with a 25% tip shown as 20%. These guys are scamming people and hoping the customer does not realize they are being charged more than 20% of a tip. The pictures are proof of how the tipping is a scam. She ended up giving us $5 cash back so we don't argue with her and leave. They know they are scamming people but got caught! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check the receipt and math for your tip! They are taking more than they have written! BEWARE! SCAM! NOTE* The second picture is the original charges with the 20% tip. The first picture is THE SAME TOTAL but with 20% written but being charged 25%. The other 3 receipts show 20% tip but if you do the math- it...
