Bawarchi Biryanis - Indian Cuisine Cumming — Restaurant in Georgia

For food I will give 4 stars.The waiter who helped us was awful...First things first, he took drinks order and I never got the drinks until I went and asked him twice.Once for mango lassi and second time for a coke.I agree people might be busy and I din't mind going to the counter and picking them myself. As mentioned before no complaints with the food. There were many left overs and I asked him for left over boxes.He gave me 4 tiny left over boxes that hardly accommodated my left overs.I was fine with that too...At last I had 6 pieces of nans left over and I asked him for a bigger box. He said I can fold the nans and keep them all in the remaining tiny box. I tried to open the box and I was sure that there is no way 6 pieces of nans could fit into it. I asked him to fit them in that tiny box and he literally made a dough of them and folded them into that tiny box. Then I asked him is this how the nans will be packed, Then he said they do not have aluminium foils and I then he tells me that he can give a bigger box instead. That was the first thing I asked for a bigger box but he insisted that I use the smaller box . Then I went to pay the bill and he charged for the items that were cancelled too. Well I don't think everything can be coincidence. I came on 08/26 at around noon time.This guy had gasses and light beard. I came to the same place 4 to 5 times before and I was never disappointed like this. There was a lady in the wait staff and she helped us the last 3 times,She was very well spoken and very very helpful. I told to many of my friends that the wait staff at this place is exceptional. May be I JINXED it too early.

This individual did not have 1% of remorse that he did something wrong.I really wanted to talk to the manager at the same time, but din't wanna spoil their whole day.

To the Owners : I am sure this might have been a bad day for the individual in question, But he is in service business and that kind of behavior is not good for business. Please talk some sense into the...

We ordered a full tray of Chicken Tikka Kabobs for a New Years Party. After opening the tray at home, we were disappointed to see overly colored chicken pieces. After the guests tasted the chicken, we were disappointed that the chicken had virtually no salt or spices. The taste was so bad that guests threw away the chicken and more than half of the full tray was left uneaten. The next day, we came to the restaurant with half of the tray to provide evidence and demand a refund for the terrible food. The employee assured us that we would receive a phone call from the manager soon. After waiting a day for a response, we decided to give a call to the store. The manager answered and we explained the situation which the manager was already told about from the employee (probably was avoiding the call). He insisted that they never had this problem, and they don't give refunds. Only thing he was willing to give was a small discount if we came to the store again. We said we would never come back after such terrible service and that only if we received a refund, we would be willing to think about coming back again. He then apologized and said he would think about giving a refund. As of 3 days, he has not given a refund. Needless to say, we will not be going back and will advise all of friends and family not to dine or cater...

If you bawarchi franchise ever wants to cancel any outlet please consider this one as top priority. I am routine customer of Bawarchi biryani in Sandy springs and today by mistake being feeling lazy we went to Cummings bawarchi to just loose money and get inferiority food

We ordered munchow soup, Hakka noodles, veg dum biryani and mango lassi. the quantity of food is very less the staff was friendly but was more focused on non Indian customers. food quality was inferior specially for mango lassi which was sugar syrup and who in the world adds peas in Hakka noodles which was overwhelmed by taste of sesame oil and nothing else. Munchow soup was sweet and okaish cutlery was of very inferior quality as compared to other bawarchi restaurants who charges extra for raita and Salan for biryani but that’s still bearable if food is awesome. most underwhelming and disappointing was biryani which was just like veg pulao and no where in taste as compared to bawarchi of Sandy springs.

I won’t repeat my mistake of being lazy to drive till Sandy springs if I desire nice food as I won’t be returning to bawarchi of Cummings anytime soon.
