I am EXTREMELY disappointed with how Zaxby's handled my food. On 2/15/2022 1:31pm I ordered boneless wings and fries. We got home and the blue cheese dressing was laying on top of my wings. THIS IS CONSIDERED CROSS CONTAMINATION. I called the store and spoke to Liz-General Manager and the only thing she was able to say was "they always put the sauce packets in the food. I then reiterated that's considered cross contamination. She apologized and said that's how they do it. I said the packets has been touched by others, shipped and stored with other harmful items. She tried to say their packets are stored in a safe manner. I said to her it DOESN'T MATTER IT SHOULD NOT BE TOUCHING OUR FOOD. She again apologize. I asked a simple question is this not cross contamination? Her answer once again, that's how they do in. I then asked to speak to someone above her. She said she's the General Manger and the only other person hire then her is the owner and they are not allowed to give out the owners name/information. I told her I will be contacting the health department because I'm sure they have other volitions and contact Zaxby's corporate office to file a complaint. The workers are quite judgmental and every time me and my group of friends walk into Zaxby’s they look at us and then they whisper and laugh and point. The manager, Andy is also quite rude too. When I wanted help with the Zaxby’s app, he did not help instead he just looked at me and told me to figure it out. February 5, 2025 I heard Andy talking to one of his new coworkers saying watch out for these girls they come every Wednesday they are fat. he is quite rude and he makes me feel uncomfortable eating here. Read more0 stars!!! Terrible experience!! I placed an order for more than $20, which included a quesadilla. I had a coupon on the Zaxby’s app for a free quesadilla with a $20 purchase, but I couldn’t get it to work.
At the drive-thru, the worker asked for my phone number to look up the coupon. They saw it on my account, and I also showed them the QR code. Even with all that, they couldn’t redeem it because of a system problem.
I then spoke with the manager, a woman at the window. She was rude and didn’t try to help fix the issue. She didn’t seem to care that the coupon wasn’t working.
