Annapurna Kitchen — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I ordered dum biryani and after 2 hours, they called and mentioned only fried biriyani available. I was frustrated and still ordered fried biriyani to try. They delivered 1 hour late. This was one of the worst biriyanis I've never tasted. Uncooked fried rice and uncooked chicken tasted like rubber, and the biriyani was tasted sour and not at all authentic. My advice to everyone to stay away from these guys and I'll never ever order from these guys again.

Update as of 09/13/2024: Annapurna Kitchen responded that this is a fake review. But it's not. They're simply responding as fake review for every 1 star rating instead of improving their food quality and delivery. Chicken tandoori felt like having an uncooked crow. Ordered Schezwan fried rice and they sent a modified biryani which tasted like a Garam Masala powerhouse. I ordered 2 appetizers Chicken 65, and Veg Manchurian both of which were not served as starters, rather a gravy which would have been sitting in the kitchen for more than a day, and tasted ridiculous as well. This is a small takeaway counter located within a store. The restaurant may not have visible external signboard with lighting, with only the store itself being illuminated.
