Michael’s Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I went in there the 1st thing i noticed was the cashier on her phone.. Not once did she ask was i dining or taking my order to go. When she did say something it was after the older lady name marge came over to me.. I stated it was to go because of the rudeness from the cashier.. Marge convinced me to stay tho she didnt know it. I was waiting on princess nail shop to open.. I was seated by marge and then came the chic w the glasses idk how i ended up w her.. However there were 7 ppl there at the time when i got my ORDER. I ORDERED A COFFEE WHILE WAITING THEN I NOTICED THERE WERE BLURRS IN THE COFFEE..I ASKED FOR A CLEAN CUP..MARGE BROUGHT ME A CUP BACK W COFFEE IN IT..I LOOKED AT THE COFFEE AND IT HAD OLD COFFEE ON THE SIDE..REALLY..SHE NEVER RETURNED SO I FLAGGED A WAITRESS DOWN ASKING WHOS MY WAITRESS SHE SAID LMC..I AGAIN WAITING FINALLY HERE COMES THE CHIC W THE GLASSES I ORDERED AND SHE SAYS OK..I MENTIONED I WAS GOING TO PASS ON THE COFFEE BUT ONCE I DID ORDER I ASKED FOR SCALLING HOT WATER I NEVER GOT IT UNTIL AFTER 10 MINUTES OF GETTING MY FOOD..SO ONCE MY T-BONE STEAK CAME AFTER 36 MINUTES IT WAS A BIT RUBBERY ..VERY THIN..NOT GRILLED OR CHARD AT ALLLL..1 SCRAMBLED EGG BUT PLENTY HASBROWNS..SHE THEN HAD THE NERVE TO GIVE ME MY BILL 5 MINUTES LATER...THATS WHEN I DECIDED TO SPEAK UP AND TELL HER..DONT YOU DARE GIVE ME MY BILL AND I JUST STARTED EATING..I KNOW U KNOW BETTER THAN THAT..I WAS ONCE A WATRRSS MYSELF SO I KNOW U KNOW BETTER MS. MA'AM.....REALLY😏..I SAID OK NO FUSS JUST WONT RETURN AGAIN..BUT WHAT PUT THE NAIL IN THE COFFIN..I ASKED THE CHIC W THE GLASSES FOR SOME NAPKINS AND A TO GO TRAY BCAUSE MY APPETITE IS NOW GONE .SHE WENT GOT THE NAPKINS AS SHE WAS APPROACHING ME..I HAD MY HAND OUT FOR THE ITEMS SHE THEN ROLLED HER EYES AND PUT THE CONTAINER AND THE NAPKINS ON THE TABLE W MY HAND STILL OUT..NOT TO MENTION SHE WAS RUDE TO A LADY THAT WAS THERE W HER 2 YOUNG DAUGHTERS THE LADY WENT TO THE WASHROOM AND THE LIL GIRL WAS ASKING DO THEY SELL SHAKES W SPRINKLES SHE IGNORED THE LIL GIRL AND SHE TAPPED THE WAITRESS W THE GLASSES ON AND SHE PUSHED THE LIL GIRL WHICH COULDVE BEEN ALL BUT 8 OR 9 HANDS OFF HER AND SAID REALLY..I SHOULD TELL HER MOM..MAYBE THE LIL GIRL WILL INFORM HER..BUT WHEN MOM RETURNED SHE/ WAITRESS GLASSES PRETENDED THIS FAKE SOFT VOICE W THE LIL GIRL OFFERING HER AND HER LIL SISTER A COLORING BOOK W CRAYONS..I JUSR CANT..I SAW THE PPL COMING IN THERE ORDERING COFFEE PUTTING THEIR LIPS STRAIGHT TO THE CUP NO CONTAINER NO WIPING THEIR UTENSILS..NO CHECKING THE PHONE I MEAN NO GRINCH HERE BUT I MEAN EVERYONE LOOKS AT THEIR FOOD U KNOW..AND IT HAD TO BE REALLY BAD FOR ME TO TYPE ALL OF THIS..I MEAN U JUST MAY NEVER KNOW WHO YOU'RE SERVING..WHO YOURE MISTREATING OR WHO MAY JUST BE A SECRET SHOPPER..U JUST NEVER KNOW..JUST ✔ YOUR FOOD COFFEE AND UTENSILS..AND ALWAYS BLESS YOUR FOOD..ALWAYS REGARDLESS IF U COOKED IT OR SOMEONE ELSE COOKED IT..IJS..GOD...

The food here is a 6/10 its ok, definitely not the best but the service is horrible i came and ate from here a couple of times and when i dont i usually come to use the restroom. My first time coming here i only used the bathroom and there was no problem because there was an african american lady there so she said we could go. My second time there was a lady with red lipstick on (that she wears everyday) and she told me i couldnt use it so i left, but right before she let a caucasian man come through, many times after that i was allowed to use the bathroom. Just yesterday when i came to use it a different lady came in and told me AND I QUOTE "what are you doing in there, did you even buy anything im going to have to ask you leave right now and im not even kidding" she literally says this with out stopping in between questions to let me answer so i kindly left even thought i felt very disrespected because i literally was only there for about 5 minutes. I will kindly never be going to eat from here...

Not good.. The cashier/waitress was short handed today and disrespected me entirely.. I went early in the morning and stood there with no one else there she said nothing.. someone else came in and she said... Call in right..??? I'm like no.. Carryout.. So she never acknowledged or gave me a menu. The guy who came in after me plus two others after me she took care of by giving them call in orders or one who sat in the restaurant to eat.. I asked the cashier/waitress what her issue was as i now been there 15 mins standing without a menu or assistance.. She advised... Everybody called in and she hates the place???? What??? By know means do you represent the entire company because i ate here many times.. I'm very upset as I do not have time to rectify why your employees did not come to work or cannot properly brand your company when there is issues. This is very upsetting as my time is also VERY valuable. Please educate your employees on importance of time management...
