Bro’s Backyard BBQ — Restaurant in Milwaukee

This is a real and honest review 6/29/23 me and my boyfriend visited this location me on the hunt for bbq GOOD JUICY FALLING ON THE BBBBIINNONE LOL CHICAGO LINGO. UPON ORDERING I CALLED AND RECEIVED A PLEASANT HELLO AND YES COME ON LOL I KNEW MT FOOD WAS GONE BE FYE I DIDNT TAKE THE CASHIER NAME BUT SHE DESERVES AND AWARD AND SO DOES THE NICE FRIENDLY GUY WHO MADE OUR PLATES AND BROUGHT THEM TO OUR CAR! He didnt have too but the extra mile made me smile and a forever customer the meat omg we got so much my turkey leg was bussing as well as the rib tips very well seasoned and coated with great bbq sauce man may god bless you all and the owner keep this lovely work up you beating alot of bbq places just off the Taste see you all...

I tried the 3 meat 3 side combo it was very good, made very well the brisket was awesome I had mine with sauce on the side the flavor was definitely authentic I dined in, my food was slightly cooler I think they should look into ways on how to keep the food warmer without tampering with perfection. The chicken was a half cornish hen smoked, I had my sauce on the side very good also. Rib tips are my favorite they were excellent again a little hotter would have given this restaurant a 5, my coleslaw was fresh very satisfying, the potato salad could have used a bit of boiled egg and the greens good also thank you brothers back...

I ordered a combo plate with tips and ribs, as well as a rib dinner. Most of the meat was hard and salty, which surprised me because while I was at the restaurant the young lady gave me a sample of the tips which tasted the exact opposite. I believe my mistake was I came around 7:40pm, they close at 8pm. The young man came from the back to give me the meat for my orders and I believe he gave me meat that had sat there too long because the meat in my meals was very different from the sample the young lady gave me.
