This is the worst location I’ve ever gone to. I placed an order yesterday evening when getting off work, picked it up, only to make it home to find out it wasn’t prepared the way it should have been. I didn’t get upset, I called, was placed on hold for 20 minutes, finally a manager took my call and was very rude at first but calmed down. I’m guessing because she could tell I wasn’t calling to give her a hard time or be disrespectful just to inform her that my order was incorrect and I would like a refund. I told her I would bring the food I had received back but not until the next day because I was already home. She said no need. Just come in, I’m putting your name “in the book” and they will remake your order. I thanked her, call ended. I return today to get my replacement order, no “book with names” exist. And was given so much bad attitude. Why? How??? They messed my order up! And the replacement I received was obviously thrown together because the wrapper didn’t even cover the entire sandwich! So I was handed a bag with a half wrapped sandwich, open end sticking out, but I just took it and left and only to get home to find out they still didn’t make the damn thing right! 🤣 definitely won’t be returning. Read moreI refuse to let this go as I am still sick from the experience I had this past Wednesday. My family and I are frequent visitors of this location and never had any major issues until 12/14. On this particular day, I ordered a veggie sub, 3 large fries, and a regular cheese curd. While eating my sub, I tasted what was later discovered to be tuna. I spit it out and looked at the other side of my sub and saw tuna stuck on the outside of the bread and some mixed within the mayo on the sub. I ran to the bathroom while throwing up. I have a fish allergy and am a vegetarian. I am absolutely disgusted and extremely upset. When I addressed the issue with who I assumed was the manager, She was not apologetic or sympathetic.
