This is my third disappointing experience with this restaurant, unfortunately. The first time I got one tiny piece of steak in my pepper steak, smothered on big and crunchy peppers and onions. The second time I asked for cooked chicken, but they gave me raw chicken. Then the last time, today as a matter of fact, they gave me flavorless chicken fried rice. I precisely asked for extra green onion in my chicken fried rice. Instead, they gave me fried rice with absolutely nothing in it, but little rubbery pieces of chicken. I mean there was no regular onions. There was no eggs there was nothing nothing at all ! I called to let them know that they did the opposite. They gave me no green onions when I ask for extra, the person I spoke to on the phone told me I can bring it back but they can’t give me new rice. they just gonna give me some green onion(smh) that is unacceptable. he was really nonchalant and relentlessly, uncaring. I won’t be coming back for some green onions that I can get a bundle of four $.50 at the grocery store. Yeah, no! I always choose this place over every other Chinese spot. I love their General Tso chicken and it comes with white rice. And i need to point out that dish is made to order so you would have to wait on it. On 06/13/2025 my lady was there and ordered it for me. When i opened it the white rice was just drenched in sauce! Literally no white in the rice showed and half the rice was floating in sauce!! Then to make matters worse, the heat of the sauce was outrageously hot! My mouth was in pain literally!! From someone who has ordered this dish over 20 times this year alone I would have to say that this isnt how they normally make it so this day was definitely a day that no care or professionalism went into making this dish. I've had other bad customer experiences here, but never said anything...hoping that they would do better, but enough is enough. I'm tired! Today was my last day coming here. I went to purchase food but they gave me food that the car before me rejected. The food was even eaten already when I opened it. I almost gave that food to my baby until I noticed that the person before me left their spoon inside the takeaway container. I was disgusted to find this out and I gave the food back to the rep. She apologized and admitted that she did in fact give me left over food, but was argumentive and irritat ed that I wanted to speak with her manager. During COVID or any time this is unacceptable!! They only get away with things like this because we don't speak up in our neighborhoods. Enough..is enough. If you care about YOUR health... don't go here! Obviously they don't care...
