Starbucks — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I’ve been coming here for years. The workers are nice, but every single time I come here the wait is always extremely long. It’s always been unnecessarily long and needs to be corrected. I decided to start doing the mobile pick up order for several months now and I’ve lost count on the amount of times that I get there and my drink is still not ready as the time stated.

Today, I placed my mobile pick up order and came inside noticing 7 workers. I noticed that it wasn’t that busy. I can understand if it was, but it was not. My mobile pick up order was not ready along with another lady’s as well. I had to wait an extra 8-10 minutes including the promised time that I received hence even though I placed the order in advanced! Also, they made my two drinks incorrect. Of course everyone wants to get what they paid for so I asked for what was missing and they fixed it. I asked her to place my drink in a bigger cup since it would overflow with the vanilla sweet cream and instead the lady poured some of my drink out. This drink is strictly espresso & ice. I've been here a few times. Every time was early in the day to. Last time I was here if you've ever seen their drive-thru line it's kind of hard to maneuver to begin with well I pulled up and there were I'm about five cars in the actual drive-thru line and then in the other part before it turned into the actual drive-thru there are about 5 more cars or more the only thing I think they should work on is getting a better drive-thru Line Design somehow I'm not sure it really would be possible unless they had its third around the back side there really is nothing to lose but I've never seen it like that before every time I've gone there the drive-thru there was like a couple cars or none each time but that was the first time that I said no way I'm going inside not doing it so I went inside that location for the first time and then night all the workers were pretty nice mineral real busy so I want this but there were just as many people waiting inside is outside in the Drive-Thru and my family and I don't know maybe it was because of that new drink that had just came out but I was the only one that had ordered that drink so it was just weird otherwise everything else about that...

This brand new Starbucks is perfect with it's awesome outdoor seating area! And if that's not enough it's located right in the corner of the mall parking lot so that finding a good parking spot is as easy as it gets! Of course the coffee's are the same world class blends made into the richly delicious specialty drinks we have all come to expect from the world's most popular coffee specialists with a staff that meets their high standard by attending the STARBUCKS BARISTA ACADEMY in order to be worthy of the brand which is always sustainably farmed and harvested. Starbucks has always lead the way for the rest of Corporate Retail America to follow right down to their use of high quality paper straws in response to the latest California laws for the responsible use of plastic straws... showing the rest of the world that the only responsible use of plastic straws is to not use them at all.
