ZaZa Steak & Lemonade — Restaurant in Milwaukee

If there was a way to give this place negative reviews, I would. That being said, one star is the best I can do. My fiance and two of our friends ordered some late night snacks while we were hanging out, and found this place. It sounded pretty good so we figured we would give it a try. Terrible decision. We ordered five lemonades (two watermelon, a strawberry, an orange and a banana), an iced tea, fried pickle spears, boneless wings, and two deserts to split between the four of us. We placed our order (on grubhub) around 9 PM, and were told it would arrive around 10:10 PM. That time rolled around and nothing. We figured we would give it a little time, everyone is late on occasion, no big deal. 10:20 arrived and we decided to give them a call. After trying to get through for 10 minutes, someone picked up, my fiance started to talk and they hung up on him. This happened three more times. So it's 10:40 and we decided that if they hadn't arrived by 11 PM, we would just go pick it up. It came just before we were about to leave, and they didn't even come to the door to deliver it. The delivery driver called and very incoherently said he was on our street out front. My fiance said ok, and the guy told him to come get it, which I think is ridiculous. You're being tipped and you are charging a delivery fee to deliver to someone, you don't make them leave their house to come to you. So my fiance goes out and there are four people in the car and they shove the food out the window to him and drive off. They were all smoking and when he brought the food inside everything reeked of cigarette smoke. Even the lemonades we ordered smelled like smoke. We go to pass out food and we notice while we have received two watermelon lemonades, we've also got two strawberry lemonades and no orange or banana. Instead of iced tea, we got a warm can of Sprite. We start unpacking food and only one desert was right. The other was supposed to be a turtle cheesecake and it had some sort of red gel on it instead. The fried pickle spears weren't cooked all the way, so while the batter on the outside looked fine, the batter on the inside was just goop. Everything was cold. I'm glad we bought through GrubHub, because otherwise we probably would have never seen a refund from these people, based on all the reviews I read after this all happened.

Long story short, you're better off going to the dollar store and buying food to heat in the microwave...

Me and my family got some food from them today and this is what we got we got two things of nachos 1 with no jalapeños and the other with no jalapeños and tomatoes, but we were missing the sour cream on our nachos and the chips were very soggy witch is understandable because some chips start to get like that when the food is hot but the thing is the nachos were not hot at all. The other thing we got were the burger and fries we only got 1 thing of that and since my brother is really picky we asked for ONLY CHEESE AND KETCHUP!! and they gave me a burger with everything that comes on it originally but thats not what we asked for. The other thing we asked for was a Philly cheese stake and on that i had everything but cheese and i asked for cheese. The last things we asked for was the chicken strips meal and we got that food and it was so cold i was so furious with them it made me want to sue them but ofc I'm not going to do that because its only food but its food i payed for, and the last thing we asked for was the red raspberry slushes and we asked for three of those they only gave us 1 and we paid for three so I recommend u to never eat at zaza’s and waste your money on buying their food because its most definitely not worth it. Also if there was and option to not give them a star at all i would definitely not give them a star because there food is not even worth one star. Also after you try to calm them and tell them they got your order wrong and you are missing something they choose to not...

Placed a delivery order though Eat street for ZaZa. Eat street sent the order confirmation and it was correct... After waiting well over a hour for my orders that were supposed to take 35mins the delivery driver and his girlfriend finally show up. My orders were completely wrong and all the hot sauces and bbq sauces had spilled in the bag.

I call to see what had happened and could I possibly have what was delivered replaced with what was actually ordered. I ordered whole wing dinners but because I requested hot sauce they gave me buffalo party wings.. He told me they misunderstood but it wasn't their fault that they got the order wrong.. He Sam stated that it was eat street and my fault and that's what I get for ordering online. He also told me to ask Eat Street for a refund and he'll have his "guy" come pick up the food. I asked why can't they replace it and pick up the wrong order when they bring the correct ones he told me "NO I WILL NOT DO THAT, IT'S NOT OUR FAULT IT'S EAT STREETS.. IF YOU WANT THE CORRECT ORDER BRING IT IN"..AND HE HUNG UP ON ME..

If my car was working correctly right now I would have never ordered from them period. Ooh he also said Eat Street always messes up the orders.. Lol oh ok, I always order from Eat Street and this is the first time I've ever received a messed up order.. Talked to Eat Street and was told they always have customer complaints...
