Waited over 2 hours for my oxtails when cashier told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. As I was sitting there I noticed customers coming in talking to the black man who cooks the oxtails and the black lady with the short blonde hair and they where getting their orders right away. Customers that they knew were getting served first while the rest of us had to wait. Customers where complaining about other customers being served their oxtails while we had to wait. The lady with the short blonde hair says I promise you I have not served anyone oxtails. I responded to her that she was lying because a group of men that came in after me and paid for their food was right at the end table eating oxtails. The blonde haired lady told the chef we were complaining and he says I'm about to go out there and tell them they can either wait or I can refund their money back. ONE CUSTOMER SAID THEY WERE SERVING PEOPLE THEY KNEW OUT THE BACK DOOR FOR EXTRA MONEY. I PERSONALLY DID NOT SEE IT BUT I DID SEE WHEN THEY OPENED THE EMPLOYEE DOOR THE BACK DOOR WAS WIDE OPEN. THEY ARE VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND IF THEY DON'T KNOW YOU YOU WILL BE WAITING OVER 2 HOURS. I GOT HOME TO EAT MY OXTAILS AND THEY WERE TOUGH AS HECK. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM. VERY BAD UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE WITH TOUGH OXTAILS AND POOR...

I love this place! It’s about a 25-30 minute drive for me and wait time is a little long, but food is always hot and fresh! I wanted to give a shoutout to them though. I placed my normal order (ox tails n curry chicken) and then ordered an order of egg rolls and a beef patty cuz I was starving. Right before I got my order, I was told they were out of beef patties, but that I could get an order of egg rolls. I was okay with that. When I got to my car, I immediately opened my bag to eat an eggroll for the way home and noticed I had jerk chicken and oxtails along with one order of egg rolls. A little frustrated (from being hungry and waiting for a while) I went back in to get my other egg rolls and to get my currry chicken. There was a nice lady with long blonde hair who was super attentive and willing to get my order right. After looking at my receipt, it did say jerk and ox, but I’m 100% certain I didn’t order jerk chicken because I don’t really care for it unless it’s in an eggroll. (That was my fault for not looking at my receipt after ordering. )She was basically like no problem and was super cool about fixing my order. Worst food experience ever. I ordered food at 4:25 online. Waited 25 minutes as told. When I arrived I was told wait another 5 minutes. After waiting that 5 minutes. I asked about my food. That’s when my best food place became my worst. The cashiers laughed and had conversation in my face. I again asked about my food that I had ordered 30 minutes ago. She told me rudely that they were behind. Okay that’s fine but where’s my order. She said she would check. Told me they had 15 orders and I asked if my order was in that 15 orders or after. She then said she would check. Came back and told me. You can either wait another 20 minutes or get a refund. I mean okay y’all behind, but show some customer service. I drive from Madison for this type of service. Thanks I’ll find recipes online. I work way too order for my money. I’m a business myself. I get that things run behind but to be rude to a paying customer because of it… Thanks shows how much you value our dollar. I know I’m not the only person waited and experienced this rude nasty customer service today I saw it happening before me. I just thought maybe the customer was rude. Apparently they are just rude in this place...
