Dunkin' — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I was a very glad to see Dunkin join our community. Something different from what we have. Boy was I disappointed My first visit I ordered breakfast sandwiches two, got home there was no meat on either sandwich had to drive back. Because of this I did not go back for a while I go back today orderd three sandwiches one sausage and cheese no egg I checkd the bag one sandwich was missing completely the other sandwich had you guessed it egg and no cheese drove around to take the order back the young lady handed us the bag with no apologies and said have a good day I checked the bag again all three sandwiches were there but yep you guessed it again sausage egg no cheese at this point I was tired of having my food shuffled and touched so I oped it to drive off it's breakfast sandwiches pre-made sausage pre-made bacon what is the problem how...

I ordered two bacon egg and cheese croissants,...only rang up for one then had to add another. The sandwich they provided was on only burnt bread and the second sandwich was completely wrong...a bagel!!! Then the doughnut was supposed to be strawberry with sprinkles and they gave a chocolate donut...there was chocolate prints on both bags. Thennnnn they charge for water smh. I will never go to the DD again, I'll stick to the Northside where the food is always right!!!! I was on my way to a car shop so I couldn't keep turning around smh.

The person taking the order got everything wrong....could be because of a language barrier...but that doesn't excuse the fact he wasn't even paying attention...

It is a drive thru only. The staff spoke in Spanish to each other only while laughing and looking in my vehicle. I ordered a classic caramel latte iced that was disgusting. I also ordered the bacon for a friend it was not cooked properly. They put the napkins used to microwave the bacon in the bag. I requested my funds back. There was no offer to make another or even offer an apology. Customer Service...
