HiHat Lounge — Restaurant in Milwaukee

We have come here multiple times. Ordered drinks and demanded we stay inside yet they have outdoor seating. After a while of being rejected we started ordering our drinks else where but would still come over to their seating to sit outside. Well today, after all the many days we’ve done this, because they refuse to allow you to sit out on their outside patio, we ordered drinks at Brady Pub and walked back over. The “bouncers” decided to tell us we weren’t allowed to sit at their seating because we ordered drinks elsewhere yet if you order drinks from them they refuse to allow you to go outside with them. Does this make any sense to you? To me, it does not. Definitely will not return to this establishment even for one drink. I usually come here first. Order a few drinks inside. Come out and go else where to go outside and sit at outdoor seating. Crazy how after we were kicked out everyone...

I've been there a couple of times and had some pretty good food. My last visit the service was just terrible. The waitress kept forgetting things and the food was cold by the time it made it to us. To bad, probably would have been good. I would have sent it back, but the waitress kept running past us. She did not stop back once in 45 minutes. Finally i managed to get her attention for the check.....20 minutes later, still no check. Eventually i went up to the bar and asked him to ring us up. He said he would tell our waitress but would not ring us up. 15 minutes later...still no check. Went up to the bar again and again the bar tender would not take my money. Needless to say, i've never had so much trouble trying to leave a restaurant. Normally i will forgive mediocre service, but this was just ridiculous. My husband and I went there for their Wednesday wing special. $0.60 a wing in groupings of 6. They have like 10 or so flavors at a good variety of spiciness levels. The kitchen made a fairly big mistake with our order but the waitress quickly took it away and replaced it without any fuss. So we let it slide. she was very friendly and apologetic. It's not really even the reason I dinged a star off. The reason I took a star off is that after we finished eating, we were there an additional half hour to get the check and have her take our cards and actually bring them back to us.
