Employees should clean the tables after each patron leaves & wipe them dry. Why would One want to sit at a dirty table? Have your employee not walk away from me, the patron, when questions are being asked about the menu. Have the employee not debate with the written menu with me, the patron. ā€œReading is fundamental.ā€ Order is placed, Munchie platter, hot box with onion rings, 2 strawberry lemonades, ($89), why would you bring out fries & tater tots first? Meaning the plant based burgers & plant-based chicken are eaten without fries, once they arrive 10 minutes later? Makes no sense, not logical. The young lady at the register said, ā€œFries & tater tots are appetizers. They come out first. The rest is a meal. It comes out later.ā€ The order was for a Munchie platter & hotbox, not appetizers. I asked if the entire order could come out together. The kitchen staff got involved & told me no. ā€œYou get the tater tots & fries 1st & the rest of your order will be ready in 7 minutes. Very little was eaten. Very dissatisfied at this point. Boxed up everything to go. Gave everything else to others to eat. Was text later by those & asked, why is there a bone in the food. I will sent a pic. It was not a bone. It was a wooden stick. Why would a wooden stick be inside the plant-based chicken, why? Was it to suck on like a bone? Was it to represent a bone? Why would that be inside there to bite on, to mess up teeth? Get it together. This was very dissatisfying and disheartening. The lesson was learned. Eat raw food from my kitchen and if I want plant-based food, prepare it from my kitchen as well, not from twisted plants, who puts wooden sticks inside a plant based food. A wooden stick is not plant-based. Your facility says 100% plant-based. As I purchased the items from the menu I was asked if the food was for Here or to go. So if it was to go, would we had received the fries and tater tots first and then the rest of the meal 10 minutes later. Do better...

I’m really disappointed because I wanted to like this place so much. I am always looking for a comfort ā€œchickenā€ from time to time but this place is NOT IT. We ordered the munchie platter because we wanted to try a little bit of everything and after spending $50 the only palatable food was the fries, tots, and still smokin burger. The drummies literally tasted like what I imagine the Krabby Patty painted chum from Spongebob would taste like. I have been vegetarian for almost 4 years and have tried a lot of fake meat and this was BAD. The morningstar frozen food is 50x better. The cauliflower, mozz sticks, nuggets and other burgers were also terrible (the how high burger was not terrible, but just ok). There seemed to be something off about each thing. The lemon pepper cauliflower tasted like pickles, the hot sauce had no flavor except for hot, and the ā€œnuggetsā€ were the same smack flattened chum used for the drummies.

We also got it delivered with grubhub and they didn’t have any saftey seals on their packaging whatsoever. There was a shake in the bag (that we did not order) and the straw was stuck...

First time at this place from out of town. I ordered the Chicago dogs and an oreo cookie shake. The wait was a little long but the music and atmosphere sufficed while I waited. My food came out cold, I was sooo hungry after my tattoo session, I ate almost one hot dog and a few fries. I couldn't do it. I went to the counter to ask if they had a microwave. They said no. The girl that took my order was now in the kitchen and asked me if it was cold. I said yes. Convo was done, she never offered to fix another one. I asked for a box to take it back to my hotel, I boxed it up and threw it in the trash. Not good customer service at all. It was a mixed crowd there but when Matt, waited 35 minutes for an order he called in but still waited him and his friend were offered a free cookie for the inconvenience. The only thing that was good was the oreo shake. Please do...

Enjoy an oasis of food and art, all in one sitting! Twisted Plants, was a pleasant surprise, and I had an amazing experience eating lunch here. The food was spectacular, and the decor [the hella-cool artwork] of the dining area is a game-changing experience, too. Twisted Plants on Brady Street, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is a gold-star experience, and the product is refreshing and tasty. This is a perfect place for frequent lunch breaks and casual stops. The burgers are amazing, the apps are healthy, and the lemonades, both strawberry and regular, are so refreshing. Furthermore, the art is unique, and the layout of the artwork is absolutely reviving to your soul. That is, it is a very vibrant location! Great experience overall, and I recommend the following, if it's your first time, too!... • PINEAPPLE EXPRESS BURGER - $13.00 • SOUL PLANE - $12.00 • STRAWBERRY LEMONADE šŸ“

I tried Twisted Plant a second time at State Fair, and it was just as good the 1st time. The vegan choice at the fair was a game changer. I had the pineapple slider which was delicious, and I tried the plant based brat which was absolutely amazing. The food was piping hot and fresh. It was nice to see how busy they were at the fair. The vegan option was a nice offering. I will certainly be visiting the restaurant on Brady. I’m just hoping that I don’t experience the same customer service that the other reviews mentioned. Please Mr. and Mrs. Restaurant owners, can you make sure that your staff is pleasant to the customers as they are who you all need and want. I’m a little concerned about how I’m going to be treated when I come. I hope it is a pleasant experience!!!
