Tonight I ordered a pizza online to avoid having to interact with staff at this location as I've experienced lack of customer service and poor quality of products purchased in the past. As of lately the restaurants have required an online order there is no more "Hot N Ready for a walk in customer. This is clearly to avoid giving out old pizzas that have rested under warmers and trying to avoid waste or angry individuals who know what a pizza fresh out the oven looks like VS a pizza that has a scorching hot box with a pizza that is lacking in flavor or hard as the cardboard box it's served in.
This evening I experienced employees who blatantly are just rude and have no regard for customers who are in the lobby area waiting for someone to come to the front and service them. No front end representative everyone hides in back ignoring customers. The associate who approaches customers had a terrible demeanor their hair was not tamed and had no uniform. You don't have to dress to impress however you should look presentable at any job you're representing the company. Let's be clear clean clothes and hair under a net or hat is what's appropriate in food service.
This issue was. I was only given a portion of my order. I asked the employee several times as he disregarded me and served an irate customer who became profane and upset that the staff were standing in back ignoring us for 10 minutes as he repeatedly said excuse me.
The young man told me one thing and did another, at no point did I curse or become short or rude with him, instead I used clear communication and asked the person why did you say you were grabbing something and didn't come back despite being asked numerous times for the additional items.
The young man said I was being sarcastic! He then walked off and began a conversation in back of the restaurant again as the employees talked amongst themselves and laughed no one thought let's go up front and handle this situation before it escalates. In addition to being disrespectful without merit I'm sure this person doesn't know what being sarcastic is as he was specifically being sarcastic walking off mid conversation and disregarding everyone who was asking for customer service while he stood in back loading heaters with other orders.
It took for 2 more employees to come and explain the person was now placing the item in the oven. The items I have already are now getting cold as I wait? well that's fine let's remake the cold pizza and old cheese bread that looked very thrown together while I wait on a fresh order of bread sticks to now be baked. BAckwards isn't it?
Another 15 minutes went by as the associates gave me items I had been waiting for one by one. They were cordial but I did not want the food after the experience. I'd rather be refunded my money. Nobody wants to eat food from a restaurant when there is a issue people may tamper with your food if you try to get a clear understanding of why they're so unorganized and have the impatient representative at the counter.
I didn't want to write the review. I leave reviews based on my experience this review is for corporate to correct the concerns.
Certain training and appearance requirements. Stop letting people think they can just show up looking any kind of way & treat customers with the least amount of respect when they're using clear communication and not being rude to the staff.
It's important for your business to succeed when your team is strong and organized. Be considerate of peoples time. Apologize for poor customer service and be courteous when people don't treat you like you treat them. Offer a soda or fresh items after a wait. Read more7/28/25 OMG. People are waiting for 30+ minutes to an hour. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup an hour before the time I started writing this. When I first got the parking lot was full of people and the inside was also decently packed. There was a group of young men waiting before me and they got there order SOO much later. They couldn’t find any pick up orders and then DoorDash had to be cancelled eventually. There was quite a few order waiting in the warmer and some in the normal warmers. After so long the manager came up and found my orders after the cashier couldn’t and all of it had to be remade. That took even more time I tried to get them to give me stuff waiting in the warmer and I was told they belong to someone and I couldn’t get it. I even asked if their stuff could just be remade and that was also a no cause they would have to wait, but I also had been waiting for nearly an HOUR at this point. They close in 42 minutes. I arrived at about 9:20: PM perhaps and left at 10:20 PM. There is only a crew of 4 in here. At least I wasn’t charged for the pizzas. Read moreI placed an online order for pickup at 6:50pm. The estimated pickup time was 7:12-7:19pm. I arrived to the location at 7:18pm and got in line. I got to the counter at 7:25pm and was told my order wasn't even in the oven yet and it would take about 10 minutes. I checked on my order approximately every 10-15 minutes and was continually told "another 10 minutes". The lobby was packed with people in similar situations. I received an email stating it was ready at 8:03pm but when I got to the counter they told me it would be another 10 minutes. I received another email at 8:13pm stating it was ready but when I got to the front it, once again, was not ready. I checked again at 8:26pm and was given my Italian Cheese Bread and told that they were out of Crazy Bread. It was a full hour and 7 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready then I received half of my food. This is unacceptable.
