Disappointing Visit to Cousin Subs
I recently visited Cousin Subs, and I must say that my experience left me quite disappointed. I had high hopes for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of my expectations.
First and foremost, the service was not up to par. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, which made the ordering process far from pleasant. It took longer than expected to place my order, and I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
Now, onto the food. I ordered their signature sub, and I was underwhelmed. The sandwich lacked the freshness and flavor that I had anticipated. The bread was dry and seemed stale, and the ingredients didn't taste as if they were of high quality. It was evident that the sub had been hastily put together, leaving me unsatisfied.
Another issue was the cleanliness of the establishment. The dining area could have used a good cleaning, and the tables were not well-maintained. It gave off an impression of neglect, which further dampened the dining experience.
I believe that every restaurant deserves a fair chance to improve, so I hope Cousin Subs takes this feedback constructively. Improving the quality of their food and service, as well as maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, would go a long way in ensuring that customers have a more positive experience in the future.

Read moreOrdered online at 6:27 PM. Waited 10 minutes to leave and got to the store and told the cashier I had an online order of 1 sub with a meal combo. I watched four people in line order decently large orders well after I did considering they were ordering when I got there and every single person got their order before I did. The worst part is that they had my sub sitting there for 20 minutes and all I needed was the fries which were ready too. I was told I'd have to wait because the fries weren't ready even though I could see them there. They proceeded to give those fries to a person that ordered after me. So all in all, they asked if I was waiting at 6:55 pm after I had been standing there for almost 20 minutes waiting for my order... I explained I ordered online again and they made me a new sub and fries which were both undercooked badly... finally received my meal to go at 7:00 PM, so 30 minutes for one meal while multiple people who ordered tons of food got there's before mine, yea not going to this...
Read moreI'm sorry but this is one of the worst customer service places it is these people are rude especially the young man that just handled my question I don't want anything to do with Oakland avenue the last time I was in there physically one of the workers or arguing with the manager the lobby is full of customers and they're about to fight these people are seriously rude and disrespectful!! I don't know where all these great reviews are coming from but maybe they're picking and choosing who they ought to be nice to but they ignore you while you standing there waiting to place your order looking to see who's going to take your order next and then my sandwich was still sitting up there for about a good 8 minutes, the owner owner needs to get a SECRET SHOPPER!!!!!
