Mad Chicken — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I don't leave a bad review, however the way I was treated and spoken to was uncalled for. I've never patronized Mad Chicken before, but a family member mentioned the food being good. I stopped in the drive thru of the location at Capitol Dr and Appleton, here in Milwaukee WI. I had just gotten off work and it was at night, shortly after 11pm. There is no speaker to order, you drive around to the window. There was a car ahead of me. I waited mat 10 to 15 minutes. When the driver ahead of me pulled off, I pulled up to the window ready to place my order. The gentleman that was working walled up to the window yelling and gesturing with his hands "WE'RE NOT TAKING ANYMORE ORDERS" so I replied "I've sat out in line fir 10-15 minutes waiting in the dark. And you say this?" He yelled back "YOU HAVEN'T BEEN IN LINE" 😳 Yes I had. I there was even a homeless guy thT approached my car while I was waiting. Instead of arguing I wished the employee a good night. I drove off. I would be more understanding if he had approached and said good evening Ms. Unfortunately...blah blah blah. But to be THAT nasty and yell at me is ridiculous. Just THAT experience ALONE I've decided never to patronize this businessat any location. It only takes 1 time for me. As I mentioned beforehand it was my first time there. Poor customer service and then to come to the window yelling at me like that is unacceptable. Clearly the CHICKEN isn't the ONLY thing MAD...

Absolutely love this place. I have a special stomach for takeout foods. This place is fresh and natural never frozen and the service is amazing also. And don't forget to get fried Oreos for dessert. I'm a lifer now for coming here. Addicted for sure and the artwork in...

The menu is limited, but the food is very good. The counter people were accommodating, and the service was prompt. My order was well packaged and delivered hot. You can eat at the restaurant, but the service is geared more to pickup...
