No 1 Chinese Restaurnt — Restaurant in Milwaukee

last week I order delivery and also this week because I wanted to be fair when giving the review, the shrimp fired rice was over cooked both times!! The rice was stuck to the box like they throw water inside it and reheat it after already having it inside containers for days!! Besides that I give 4 stars because the of friendly way I was treated by the driver and also the lady on the phone taking my order!! 4 stars because I order the sea Food delight and both times it was fresh !! Amazingly hot for 35 to 45 mins!! It’s was so hot I got to finish my episode of Seinfeld and still had to blow my chop sticks cool!! Absolutely loved it!! Egg fu young was fried to perfection!! Garvey was super hot the plastic container it was in had a dip in the top!! I loved it !! Just was upset about the over cooked shrimp fried rice!! 4 stars. For freshness that is so important to make food the same day order and not to recycle it!! Lovely job for that !! But the cook need to double check how long timers are on the food so orders aren’t sent out over cooked !!! I will give another update after I order again from them...

My Food was almost 2 hours late after they informed me of a false "45 minute" wait time. When i called to see what was taking so long a person answered the phone speaking perfect English & then when I started complaining about my order being late & requested a refund the lady started speaking broken English & acted like she didn't understand me at all. I a.m. beyond disgusted at this place and will never order there again. Then finally to top it off when the food finally got here at 8:51 after placing my order at 7:15 the food was COLD and slimey. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism this...

It is really time for me to just stop patronizing any restaurants. Customer service is either poor or non-existent. Went to this place and tried to utilize a coupon that clearly states that you receive free crab rangoon or egg roll with purchase over $20... She is arguing that you have to spend $35 in order to receive rangoon. Gotta learn how to make that barbecue sauce so I never have to worry about my grandkid getting the barbecue pork that is one of the four foods on the I will eat list. Prices are different every time you blink as well. Poor customer...
