Not a place where quality assurance is guaranteed (i mean the employees are high what does one expect, 5 star service?) But if you don't make any changes to the basic menu l think they can get the order done, but you're taking a risk if you want something removed.
Anywho today i rolled the dice again on this place (09/01/2022). I am now committed to the belief that Taco Bell should just close down this store either for good or past 5 pm or so. I mean I did go here at 945 pm (but they are supposed to be open late right?). But at this time the store was open and the employees were peddling water. That's all one could order. For real was there no manager here tonight? They actually asked me if water was all I wanted, then I could go ahead with my order.
Hey Tacobell executives wouldn't it be better for profits to at least turn the lights off and send people home? Lol it's funny because there's this little hut of a place selling corn beef (connected by the same parking lot even) and I was joking saying that the workers were actually over there selling taco bells corn beef and calling it gourmet. Go to 124th st and capitol they got the beef!! ;)
P.s. not upset with this taco bell just a little peeved they thought I would like to buy water from them... now I think it's funny cuz of the gourmet corn beef place...
Read moreThe service here is terrible,and when asked to hold tomatoes and lettuce they only put extra on. The hold tomatoes and lettuce was on the recept so not only do you have to count your tacos but you should open them and look to make sure the stuff you asked to be held is held. So I called up there after I got all the way home they said I could come back they would remake the order. Which I don't live over there so I was not able to go back that night. So they said they would take my name and remake it another time. Well I went back today and they then said I didn't have the food so they would not give my anything. So we threw the order out that night because my fiance can't have tomatoes and it was a far drive to come back while they remake it all. But then they don't even honor what they told me. Because the manager who told me was not in. I mean If I would of drove back do I get a gas card? I will NOT COME BACK HERE AND GO LUCK IF YOU GO COUNT YOURS TACOS AND OPEN THEM UP MAKE SURE U GOT WHAT YOU WANT. Following a discussion with a male colleague, she informed me that I'd need to circle back through the drive-thru lane to place a new order. It's important to note that there were no vehicles ahead of me or behind me in the line. I inquired whether she could accommodate the order at the window, given the lack of other vehicles, but she declined, insisting that I return to the start of the drive-thru for a new order. I was taken aback by her discourteous tone and the unreasonable request. My dismay led me to request a full refund. To process the refund, she raised her voice, demanding my card and even snatched it from my hand. I can assure you that I will not consider revisiting this restaurant in the future.
