Fiyahside Jamaican Cuisine — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I waited 30 minutes for my food. The first waiter was nice I can not lie . But she just didn’t listen to me when I told her that I wanted the oxtail dinner. I asked did they have it she said yes. She taken my order only to come back and say they are out. So i settled for chicken. They didn’t have much to chose from. So Il waited 25 mins I asked about my food she said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I hear two men in the back arguing . They got louder and louder. Two young ladies went back there then came back up front and said they can’t stop them from arguing. Now I’m hungry , didn’t get what I originally ordered and on top of that waiting until they get done arguing over broken glass from a month ago . I let 5 more minutes past i couldn’t take it no more I requested for my money back because obvious the glass was more important than the customers waiting up front for their food. Went in to place and order for 6 people and to let them know that the last time I was there, the chicken I got was not cooked all the way the owner was sitting there all he said was why didn’t you call? We called but never get an answer. Couldn’t come back because our lunch break was over. The young lady that took my order let me know that owner went to the back to make sure this order was done correctly, but didn’t apologize about the order that I got which was over $100 The young lady at the register China was great wonderful she gets five stars for the service. Such a beautiful spirit…. She calls all the lady’s that came in to the restaurant Momma as they walk in. That’s a high honor of respect. She is great. When we first start going, the food was great. We went over about 8 times. We stopped going for about a month in a couple days but today we went in and the food was OK. The food was okay. Everything lacked flavor. I got half curry half jerk chicken. I also got a jerk chicken egg roll. Out of everything I ate, the rice was the best part of it. Also, the customer service from the employees is not where it should be. It took me forever to figure out where to place my order ( it was my first time coming to the restaurant).. I ended up asking some customers who were walking out and they informed me where to go.
