After months of researching how to go about putting 20" wheels on my car, I stopped in for some professional advice. I let one of the staff know that I'd be purchasing used rims and they offered to inspect them for any funny business. Not only that, but they took the time out to educate me on the proper off-sets and bolt patterns.

Once my new tires came from my online order, obviously, I was a bit excited to get them on my car. Out of the 7 or 10 shops that I called who seemed to be booked for same day appointments, they got me in right away. I literally pulled right into the bay when I arrived. They handled everything with care and the balance set on the tires were GREAT! Since I had purchased the rims from a neighbor, they didn't have valve caps on them. I didn't feel like taking the ones off of the stock wheels, so I asked if they had some extras laying around. They gave me 4 chrome caps. Figured they could've just said no because they didn't owe me anything else, but to throw in a nice set seemed like going the extra mile to me.

After calling several different shops and getting several different quotes, although their quotes were within the same ball park, they gave me a NICE discount for coming back to have them mount and balance a set of tires and rims that I DIDN'T even purchase from them. The guy there talked to me like I was stupid as if I didn't know what was going on, I have a Saab 9-3 that already had an aftermarket radio installed but I bought a DVD receiver and it needed to be wired to the E-brake which I didn't want to have to deal with and mess anything up. Luckily there's Google so I found a different way to do it. My best friend took his car to them that also has a DVD receiver in it but he had the factory radio in there, and this place only charged him $80 to install his radio but wanted to charged me $250 plus parts and extra labor which wasn't needed. I understand they are 2 different cars but mines was already set up, I just needed it wired. I didn't appreciate him talking to me like I was stupid and I'm almost positive I know more about cars than he does. He told me to do it myself so that's what I did and it works just fine. This guy is an ass to customers if he's having a bad day and I don't think I'll be going back. Great service, been looking for a business that will install speakers I come in with and hadn't purchased them in-store, and I found the place. Gave me a flat (including tax) quote immediately upon inquiry and that's what I paid after everything was finished, which is pretty cool seeing I found out during the installation that I had a wiring issue in one of my door panels which required extra labor to complete. I should also mention that the moment I first stopped in was the moment they asked for my keys and began the installation. No call prior to me stopping by, no schedule anywhere said today I'm getting my speakers installed. I just walked in, heard the price and handed over my keys.
