Subway — Restaurant in Milwaukee

My son had a volleyball practice across the street from 8-10 and we had been running all day and didn't have time to eat. We left the practice 10 min early to get some subs because I wanted my kids to have something somewhat healthy and everything was closing. Pulled up at 9:52 and the employees were staring outside and the Open sign was still on. Parked and got out of the car with my kids and surprise! The Open sign was off and the woman was shaking her head at us. I have worked in the service industry for almost 20 years and have had my share of guests walk in at 2 minutes to close at a sit-down restaurant. They come in by close, they eat, and I'm probably there for another hour. This doesn't even compare because 3 subs takes maybe 5 or 8 minutes to make? Extremely unprofessional, not to mention beyond rude. I will NEVER patronize that Subway again, I will be telling everyone I know, AND be calling corporate. Ridiculous and...

I was highly disappointed with my visit. I dont know what these employees are doing or if they are trained horribly. There was 2 younger ladies behind the counter a taller one and a shorter one. The taller one started our order and I had to repeat my order 5 times to her. Then when she was making my sub I had to let her know that she was doing it wrong that a spicy Italian gets 10 hard salami and 10 pepperoni. She tried to argue with me that there was 10 and 10 on it. I let it go because I was not going to fight. When i got home i opened my sandwich up and man was she wrong. There was 7 hard salami and 6 pepperoni and 3 cheese slices not 4.If this how they are going to make sandwiches this way my footlong should have been rang up a 6inch. I spend alot of money at subways and this one is by far the worst.

if I could give this subway 0 stars I would. The lady that was putting tuna on my bread gave me one scoop. I am not paying 6 dollars for one scoop of tuna on my bread. however the other lady, I believe she is white, she did an amazing job with the proportions.the other two ladies were tasting me down like I was from another planet?? I just think the way the workers put them selves out at the subway would scare people away. Tell them to smile more and greet people. My family owns a fast food place and We always greet people, we always smile. No matter if the fast food place is a chain or if it's just one restaraunt, people need to know how to greet their customers The lady that rang me out did amazing though.
