Probably one of the worst drive through experience of my life. The food was great, props to whoever prepared it, that is the only reason I gave two stars. The woman at drive through station was terribly impolite. She spoke so monotone as if she did not care at all to be there. "What do you want?" "Is that it?" Is what I got from her after every single item I ordered which already made me want to drive off and go somewhere else. When I got to the window there was no greeting, no attempt of a smile, not even eye contact. Once I paid, she left for about 5 minutes to go talk to an employee in the dining room who clearly wasn't even on the clock. When she finally returned she says "can you pull up!" Very rudely. I didn't even understand what she was saying, so I asked her what she meant and she rolled her eyes and pointed over to the side door acting as if I was wasting her time. I waited 8 more minutes after that for my food. (I don't mind waiting that long for food especially when it is as fresh and delicious as it was, but treat your customers that literally pay your wages with respect. Not like dogs). When she came out with my food she was too busy yelling all the way across the parking lot to the employee that was in the dining room earlier(assuming they were walking home) about some drama that happened using what most people would find very offensive language right in my face. She just hands me my food and walks away still going on about whatever drama she should've left at the door that day. No "thank you," "have a nice day," or even "here you go." There were 2 people not eating anything in the dining room, 1 car in front of me and 2 behind me. I get it, you're fast food, but when it's not fast and the attitude is beyond rediculous, this is the kind of behaviour that get customers to never come back. I GM a restaurant myself and I believe it would be in this GMs best interest to get rid of this employee for the sake of their own job and restaurant. I've had employees like this and I guarentee anyone that works there could probably easily figure out exactly who it is without me saying any names just because of how toxic these types of people can be in these establishments. I am not a big Wendy's fan, but on the NW side of Milwaukee the pickings are slim and the service is not great anywhere. I ordered the sandwich and asked for the loaded bacon cheese fries, that was all I was going to get, but the girl taking my order asked if I would like to make that into a combo. I knew that those fries were not part of a typical combo, so I said, whatever is cheaper. Surprised she came back and asked what I wanted to drink and I said Diet coke. She then said my total was over $12. I tried to get her back on the speaker but she didn't answer, so I pulled up. I looked at the cost individually for each of the things I ordered and it was $3.00 for the sandwich, $4.00 for the loaded fries, and the most expensive soda was $3.00. That should have been around $10.60, not over $12.00. When I got up the the window, I asked her why it was over $12.00? She didn't like me questioning her. I then gave her the cost of each of the items I ordered and said it should be around $10.60. She said you orderd the combo. I said shouldn't the combo be cheaper? I said to you on the speaker whatever is cheaper. She actually said to me "How am I suppose to know that? Ok, I guess I expect to much out of people, but I would never had said that to a customer and admitted how stupid I was. The manager came over and she said this lady is being very rude. I explained to the manager, what I had asked for and she corrected it immediately. Read moreOrdered my food through the app and paid for it. Went to go pick my food up and i was told They didn't serve what i ordered. They wouldn't refund my money and told me i had to call Wendy's through the app. I called and they were closed because it was a Sunday so I just had to deal with my money being gone for the day. When i finally did speak with someone they tried to offer me points instead of returning my money. That was April 27th and it is now May 22nd and I still haven't received anything from Wendy's. I would advise people not to use the app because if something goes wrong they are going to give you the biggest run around with nothing in return. I was told i would be contacted by someone and haven't been reached out to through phone call or email once. I even asked for an email so i could reach out to them and the guy I was on the phone with refused to give me information. He just continued to tell me i would be contacted so basically you cant talk to anyone who can do anything for you except try to rip you off by giving you points for money you spent on things that you didn't receive.
