I did not take a picture of my food because it was hard and dried out. I ordered the black pepper chicken dinner combo. I went in at around 7:30pm and I got my food at around 8pm. When I made it home and opened my food the chicken was so hard I could not bite into it or tear it with my fingers. My onion fried rice had a bunch of uncooked onions and very crunchy big pieces of bell peppers. I called the restaurant to inform them that my food was poorly made. The young man, who answered the phone, told me that his manger said to bring the food back and they would replace it. I then drove 3.5 miles back to the restaurant to return the food. When I Arrived, I asked for the manger and showed him the food. He then told me I am the only person to complain. I told him that the chicken was too hard to bite in to and the veggies were not cooked. He then proceeded to tell me that this is how they make it and I could replace it if I wanted. I told him that if the chicken is made like this I only want rice but please make sure my onions are cooked. He told me that I had to order something. I told him that I didn’t want anything but the rice and I would just take the monetary difference for the chicken. He then said no you have to get food. I told him I did not want anymore of their chicken if this is how it would be prepared. As a matter of fact I would just take a full refund. He said you did not bring back the egg roll or the soda I said ok I will just take the difference of what I brought back. He then said no you can’t get a refund because we already prepared the food. I told him that the food was poorly prepared and not edible I want a refund. He then threw the money at me and told me to get out. I took my money and left. Hungry, angry and feeling very disrespected and disappointed, I drove home to make myself dinner. I will never be a customer at YaYa China again. The food was horrible, the manager was rude and the service over all was not worth my time or gas to...
Read moreSince this original review, I’ve been a loyal customer! I order here atleast 3 times a month. I’ve spent so much money here and been telling everyone to come here!! Now I’m NOT!! I have a video but it won’t let me upload it on here but I have a pic of the metal thing. I contacted them about the metal thing I found in my Mongolian beef!!! I have 2 non verbal autistic kids, they could’ve ate that and I would’ve had no clue what was happening!! I know accidents happen but to act like it’s not on them and not to hear back , not accepting that. I spent like 50 bucks I only wanted that meal and my partners meal compensated because after that he wouldn’t even touch his meal. Everything else was dug in or ate already and couldn’t even do that! Will never come back here!

Only had this place once so far but I absolutely love it already. Food was hot, good portions and quick delivery. The driver was very nice. Alot of places give you alot of rice and alot of veggies with barely any meat. Here they do not do that all! Meat in every bite. The general tso chicken and the cashew chicken were awesome. The garlic chicken was good. The crab Rangoon is okay! I will try this place again and if it's as good as last time, I'll rate this place a 5! Will definitely be trying again!
Have had this place multiple times now!! Love them!! They have delicious Kung pao chicken!! As well as the honey chicken, mmm! My new favorites. Coconut shrimp is yummy. Even though for this dish the portion seems small, the shrimp are big and filling. Had the Mongolian beef for the first time and it was good. I will keep my rating at a 4 still because the crab Rangoon, which I normally love are not that great here. Everything else I've tried is great though. Pork egg rolls are great here as well! People at the front counter were very...
Read moreOh boy... This place has been around for a while. I've eaten here on/off over the years. This was the go-to spot when my Mom and I were super hungry, but she didn't wanna cook or spend a lot of money...
If you're a person who actually cares about what you're eating, ordering from here can be quite stressful. Their combos come with sides that don't acknowledge ppl who don't eat meat (like me) so let's say you ask for a veggie egg roll instead of the standard pork one... Oh, man! This tense back & forth starts and suddenly you owe $2-$3 extra simply because you don't want pork "mystery meat" in your food. Their lunch/dinner combo's have lo mein as an option, but depending on who's taking your order, you may or may not be given a hard time about wanting vegetable lo mein. They conveniently don't list "vegetable" as an option for the lo mein on the combo menu, because they want you to spend triple for just an order of lo mein (which is located under the vegetable section of the menu).
It's just been this whole ordeal the last several times I've tried to eat there and customer service is virtually nonexistent. So many ppl I know have shared similar experiences. I ordered delivery a couple of days ago and I couldn't even eat it. I got the vegetarian ma po tofu (which I thought would be firm stir fried tofu in a spicy sauce) and they served me jelly-like silken tofu in a flavorless sauce. Needless to say, I'm done with 'em. I honestly feel like the only reason they're still in business is because the food is cheap and ppl are desperate/too lazy to cook. They need to do better. And the public needs to start...
