Beware of the reviews. Most of the higher rated reviews only had 1 review. Update 10/28/2018 Still nothing has changed. Update10/19/18: I still have not received my refund or the merchandise. The manager still has not called me to refund me as promised or to rectify the situation. The table that I did receive and kept has already broken as well. I did not mention in my earlier post how the delivery people scratched up my hardwood floors that was newly finished pretty bad. This was not even in my original claim but I'm telling it all . This place is a joke. The reviews that are four stars are made up. Buyer please beware I learned my lesson. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this place.

What a RIP off!!!🚨🚨🚨 Formerly known as Topline Funiture off of 100th and Capitol. Please read those consumer reviews! They are resaleing furniture from Walmart and pricing it up 200-300% or more. Mattresses are used and mismatched and just plain uncomfortable! Buyer Beware and please share to inform the unfair business practices that are taking place at this establishment. This business is taking advantage of the hard working people of our community! Please share to inform!!!

The is a complete lie. I was not there for 2 hours and I knew what I was looking for. I decided to go and support this store's Grand Opening, being that it was new and in the community. My intention was to make an initial purchase and continue giving them my business, but things quickly changed leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I am writing this so that no one will experience what I have. I purchased 2 beds. Received 1 and it was not in my possession for 5 days! What a complete lie! The other mattress and bunk bed that I purchased was not what I ordered. It was identical to what is being sold through Walmart! I know this because I went there 1st and saw the exact model that United Furniture tried to pass off as a $499.00 set. This frame is $169-199.00 at Walmart! I have pictures of what I ordered vs what was delivered. A totally different frame, color and material. If I could add the pictures now, I would.

I have a relative that was currently diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing Chemo and Radiation and I wanted this person to be comfortable. My relative could not sleep in the bed. And I contacted the store immediately. I was told that they would pick it up after 2 nights and I be charged a 25% restocking fee which was agreed upon. Next thing I know after, I was getting the bunk bed delivery last night and noticed that this was a scam! The bed was what I described earlier and after informing the 'owner' of this, he decided then not to go with what was agreed upon earlier that afternoon. I felt deceived immediately. It is very unfortunate that the 'owner' knew to look for bad reviews immediately. I was the second person to even write something. When I came in the store today to receive a refund for the bunk bed set I returned, he informed me that the 'owner' decided to not take the 1st bed back and did not give me refund yet on the bunk bed set. I was told to come back for my refund. This owner he speaks of was not in sight according to the person writing this review. This alone shows the deceit involved with this business and the person running it. What a shame!!! This is a warning to consumers to steer clear of this business or experience the same or worse. I told the owner that BBB and other community advocates would be informed of their unfair...

Orderd entire bedroom set everything was in stock but 1 peice my delivery date was set for 1 month after i ordered which is a pretty long time to have to wait just for a headboard. I called 2 days before delivery date for a delivery time was told I would be called to set up time never got a call back. On the day of delivery I called at 10 am back to back finally got a call back stating the tire had popped on the truck and they were waiting for road side. Called back a few hours later same thing and again a few more hours Eddie finally told me my delivery window was from 6-8pm even tho I was told at 10 am the tire popped on truck and they were waiting for road side. Finally at 7:47pm I got a call saying they would be here in 45mins and they showed up at about 930pm!!!! Delivery guys were cool and set up the bedroom set quick the quality of the bed frame and dressers are nice but ordered a pillow top mattress DEFINITELY isn't the same one I was promised at the store but isn't too bad. Terrible customer service from Eddie during delivery process with all the run around and All in all I would never recommend...

I always get my furniture from this store. They have great quality furniture that last long! I brought my daughter a bed room set 7 years ago and it’s still in great condition! I also brought a couch from here 3 years ago still in great condition! For great prices and awesome customer service it’s definitely worth the shop! Update: I’m not longer a customer the way I was treated my last encounter was unacceptable. I understand when the pandemic hit it was a little harder to get furniture, however communication was not there. When I finally got my son new bed he sent the wrong one and told them to tell me at the door it was not the correct bed size and they would just put this one up and when the one I ordered come in they would come back. I really liked this place but hey stuff happens I guess just have better...
