76 Steak and Potato — Restaurant in Milwaukee

This restaurant was once a two for one franchise of Great Steak and JJ's Fish, the previous owners sold the restaurant to the current owner, who promptly did away with the franchise and resurrected a terrible take on the old menu items. Everything is a mess, even the items pictured on the menu looks less like food and more like slop. Most of the menu seems recycled to get rid of product, chicken, shrimp, fish, etc, are added to salads, baked potatoes and sandwiches. There are no vegetarian options, which were on the previous menu. The prices of menu items are roughly 50 cents more than comparable items from the previous owners menu, and a dollar more for a combo meal. A greatest offense here is the absence of the fountain soda that was previous apart of the combo meal, it has been replaced with limited options of canned soda or really sweet slush lemonade, which they then add syrups to not only make it diabetes inducing sweet, but to round out their options of lemonade. I am slightly biased in my opinion of service, I had developed a relationship with the previous owners, and they treated me as a valued customer. However, the current owner extended a friend gesture when giving me a deal for a large batch of chicken and fish needed for a baby shower, at the last moment he broke the deal. Followed by a 40 minute wait for cheese fries my last visit, I cannot stress how disappointed I am in Food...

Very disgusted by the treatment of their customers!!!!!! My sons walked there to grab food, once inside the restaurant they were told they had to go outside through the drive thru window to pick up their order! They call to tell me what they were told I say they have to be mistaken maybe they thought you were a door dasher! They attempted a 2nd time, I get in my vehicle to get my kids and go thru the drive through thats full of cars and shares the same lot as a local bar???? Their was a grown woman standing in line and behind us two other people between cars! Disgusting and dangerous when I brought it to LOLA'S WHO WAS QUIET PROUD TO GIVE HER NAME! She had no regard and i will be filing a formal complaint! AS A COMMUNITY THESE BBUSINESSES & PEOPLE NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!!! You don't treat a dog like that! She tried to say my kids looked as though they were playing is why they were asked to go outside to pick up their PAID FOR ORDER???? AS described above there were others in line without vehicles! Sickening...

Terribly GHETTO!!! I fell over there rug ragged all up and hit my head on metal door handle. I blacked out didn't realize I had a huge cut on my face and blood pouring out until I felt something wet blinding my eyes. It was blood from hitting my head on their door handle. Went back into restraunt. Showed them my face. The lady beind the counter says nothing was wrong with their rug. 2 witnesses heard her and said to me she's lying because they seen the way the rug was when they came in and it was all messed up. They witnesses also told me that the Lady behind the counter hurried up and fixed the rug when I hit my head before I came back in to restraunt. Witnesses also said they seen me trip over it and hit my head. Long story short the lady behind counter lied because they seen it all. The witnesses called the ambulance and police for me. I had to get stitches. Sadly too I just spent 3 weeks before that to get cosmetic surgery done on my eyes to get rid of my garbage bags...
