Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Milwaukie

Friday night - PIZZA! Yeah! Not so much. Have used this Papa's Murphy store for many years - pretty much OK - but, tonight was the Pizza Experience from Hell......

Four mile drive to the store, drove around the block three times to find a parking spot. Finally got in and stood in a VERY long line to order.......VERY slow staff - a lot of paper shuffling at the cash register..?????....finally, after over ten minutes in line, my turn to order. "I want a large....." "Excuse me," says the dim wit at the cash register. "We're too busy. We can't take any walk-in orders for large pizzas." "What the hell? I'll wait." "No. We're not taking any more walk-in orders for large pizzas!"

And that was it..........basically told to leave the store -...

I got a few pies here tonight with my kids in the car but I couldn’t get out and get them out and then pay for my pizza and take it to my car with both hands full and safely guide my kids back to the car so I called the store and asked if someone could take my card and pay for me and take my food out to me. A young lady named Jazell was MORE than happy to take care of this for me. She got my pies paid for and the card AND pies brought to me curbside so I didn’t have to drag my kids out. I am so grateful for her level or customer service. I love this store location and I continue to come here and love their service. Great job Jazell. May your amazing efforts always be noticed and...

The most amazing service the most incredible pizza I've ever had in my entire freaking existence shopping at Papa Murphy's that I have been doing for literally 21 and 1/2 years it was freaking mind blowing I never would have thought that a thin crust vegetable pizza would be that absolutely incredible it just literally made me freak the freak out freaking freak out of course a lot of it was how I cooked it which is really important which I like to make the bottom golden brown which at that point it is super incredibly I can't even explain in less than 300 words of how amazing it turned out but I give all the props to Papa Murphy's taking baked pizza...
