Just tried some of their chocolate rye cookies and they were amazing! The balance of sweet, bitter, chocolate and salt was perfect with some vanilla to round it out. The texture was amazing as well, after taking a bite you had to wonder how it could hold its shape and yet be so soft in the middle. The house ground rye flour does it job to provide a unique texture you won't find elsewhere with the light crunch from the finishing salt bringing it all home.
