ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am not one to complain, but this needs to be addressed. I ordered online, but called to add crushed red peppers, and to change it from a cash order to a credit order. I had to tell Terrance 6 separate times that I didn't want roasted red peppers, but crushed red pepper packets. Terrance reply was "sorry I just had a brain fart you said you wanted roasted red peppers right?" We finally got through to him that the order was exactly the same we just wanted crushed red pepper packets. So there was that. Then we needed to change the order from a cash to a credit card, right after I had given him my card information without saying anything he puts the phone down and I hear yelling in the background. This is when I tried to get his attention, a minute later he says hold on a second and puts the phone down again without giving me my total. Once he gets back on the phone I ask to speak to a manager, he yells then gets back on the phone and says "this is the manager" I said this is the same guy I just talked to his response is literally "I just got promoted to manager, the manager doesn't want to talk to you right now". We asked for the total and finally got it. After hanging up the phone we decided we wanted to cancel the order so we called back and cancelled, James then hung up the phone on me. Then 15 minutes later the delivery guy ( who was actually very courteous and helpful) pulls up and we decide to just take the dam pizza. Read moreI knew after the first time ordering carry out from this location that my pizza options were now limited because when i opened the box as i walked to my car a literal beam of light shot out of the box and ascended up towards the heavens. There were sounds of harps and a childrens chorus lightly serenading in the background, and a single white dove flew overhead, winking down towards me as he caught the gust. of a gentle breeze. This was no ordinary pizza. This was the work of jesus himself, or possibly just some food service folks who like what they do and take pride in what they create. Very uncommon in any american franchise, which I selfishly hate to admit publicly because im afraid that if Dominos corporate figures this out they may just wise up and steal the employees away from this place and pay them a bunch of money to fly around the country training staff at newly opened locations and then im not going to get pizza like this anymore. Read moreFor the most part I have had a very positive experience. The drivers are friendly and timely. My issue was ordering too close to closing time. I received a malformed pizza and cinnamon bread that had not been cut. I made a video and showed it to a driver the next time I ordered and she was just as disappointed as I was. I didn't really feel comfortable eating the food because I myself work in the food industry and have seen and heard some horror stories. I was tired and hungry so I ate a piece of pizza and Parr of the cinnamon loaf and threw the rest away. I am a regular customer at this location and like I said most of my experiences gave been positive so overall I rate them 4. If I was only basing my opinion on my order June 17th I would rate them 1 star. The driver I showed the video was very kind and called me to tell me she had spoken to a manager and I told her that I would like to contacted and my account credited but so far a manager has not called me directly.
