Kabomelette Food Truck — Restaurant in Minneapolis

Kabomelette runs our concession stand and provides meals to all of our coaches and judges at our gymnastics meets. They've hosted 9 meets for us since 2016. This means serving meals to approximately 45 coaches and 8 judges four times on Saturday and four times on Sunday. Timing of the meals is of the highest priority because the meet cannot run behind schedule. This requires a lot of communication and flexibility on the part of Chelsea and Greg. The set up at our location isn't the most convenient for them and the pressure to cook everything on such a tight schedule has to be stressful. However, they always deliver delicious food and accommodate any dietary requests, all with a smile on their face. We will continue to work with Kabomelette for all of our events and have recommended them to many families.

I was looking for a breakfast food truck to cater to our team at work, and I found the perfect solution. The challenge was that we needed coverage for early hours. I needed them to serve from 5 AM to 8 AM, and they absolutely nailed it. From the start, the whole process was seamless—setting up the schedule, finalizing the menu, and handling payments was a breeze.

Kabomelette was a huge hit at our daughter's after-wedding brunch at Boom Island. The attendance was fantastic and they all raved about the food. I don't know how you make such tasty omelettes, they're a step up for sure! And substantial portions--welcome after a night of dancing. The basil blueberry lemonade and fruit kebabs were especially tasty and got loads of compliments. Chelsea helped me to right-size the order and it came out perfectly.
