Entered the store with my service dog and one of the staff members asked me what type of service my dog was for. I explained to her that what she was asking me was a violation of HIPPA. She then continued to argue and said that they changed the law for that in 2019. I asked her to show me proof and she said she would and went to the back. Meanwhile the other staff member asked me what they could get started for me. I appreciated the kindness of the other staff member. However, as a woman of color. My experience was extremely disappointing. The only question staff can legally ask regarding service dogs is: Are they serviced for a disability? Not what kind of service. This was extremely hurtful and unfortunately I am not comfortable entering this location. I felt racism from the other staff member (who was a white female). I hope their staff can be trained on this better so others won’t have to endure the same...

Rude staff. Did not warm up my pastry despite saying I would like it warmed up. Thanked the barista for my coffee when I grabbed it and she ignored me. When I finished my brick hard pastry (broke my plastic spoon trying to eat it) I went to return my plate, but wasn’t sure where to do so, so I took it to the counter near the workers and was rudely told to put it in a blue bin. The woman behind me asked for light ice and they made multiple passive aggressive comments towards her while making the drink and when they called her drink they announced it as only having three ice cubes so she knew it had light ice. Coffee was fine and the place is cute but I simply wouldn’t come back based on the service here. I’m not sure if the staff was fighting amongst themselves so they were all in a bad mood or if they’re just that pleasant of...

I was working up the street this particular week so I came here during my lunch. They were pretty busy but the staff was still very patient and welcoming. I got one of the seasonal lattés and a plain, single shot of espresso. The coffee was okay. Maybe a bit less full-bodied than I would like. I also got the latté with half flavoring so I could taste more of the espresso but the syrups still totally wiped it out--probably due to the coffee being less-robust. I liked the space in the shop even though I enjoyed my coffee outside. I think they could probably fit a few more tables indoors. There were lots of people doing work and meeting. It's a nice concept, and they support a good mission. I'll have to come back and try...

Wildflyer was recommended to my partner and I while we were waiting for repairs on my bike at The Hub Co-op. Atmosphere is chill and friendly! Lots of colors! Beautiful art on the back wall! Cute figurines hidden around the shop! Designer glasses for cold brews! Chocolate croissant was good-chunks of chocolate -yumm! Staff was bright, pleasant, and welcoming! Definitely a place I'd recommend and go back to! Very excited to see the impact they make for the homeless!
