Awesome door guy, who just got a pug. Chill vibe, other patrons were friendly, They have pull tabs and e tabs, makes it easy to be a charitable person. At least that's what I tell myself when I don't win. Hahaha. I give 4 stars on service, because the place was not busy and we had to wait for drinks and to pay. There is no reason why the bartender shouldn't hustle just cuz it's slow. They were nice enough, but come on person. Pep in step would be nice. The bar carries Pryes Royal Peach, which I love. A shot of Casamigos reposado was $15. Which is insanely steep, considering it cost less at the music venue I work at. I normally get Casadores, because it's not sweet, but Casamigos is an ok substitute. So, believe me when I say I know the average cost of this shot around town. Three other items I purchased were reasonably priced. But this $15 shot was just straight up insane. Whoever is doing the pricing needs to go out and do some scouting and check prices on stuff at other bars. That one is too much, especially cuz you're not a giant venue, stadium, or the airport. That being said, nice spot. Great patio. Would %100 recommend checking it out on your next NE bar crawl.

I have lived in Minneapolis most of my life and this bar is in the top 3 of unique bars. The regulars are from all walks of life and have created a family. They have tons of live music and amazing DJ's and have New Orleans boil night and Jamaican jerk chicken night ( amazing). Outdoor patio with two fire pits is also awesome for smoking. Their kitchen is always on point and Wendy (cook) is awesome, I highly suggest their deep fried green beans and buffalo cauliflower.

I had a great time here, only stopped to use the restroom. Stayed until closing. The bartender Warren😁was wonderful and helpful. The owner Molly was a good hi-vibe..extremely down to earth..didn't get a chance to eat but the great smells that escaped the kitchen had my immediate attention. Wasn't sure what to expect but going in..but I left with new friends and good energy. I highly recommend this local dive..give it a go..you'll feel right at home..

The whole atmosphere about the place was uninviting. As we entered this so called iconic dive bar in the north east, some patrons who were probably intoxicated immediately started using abusive language towards us. We sat at the bar, and this was just a casual stop-over for us so we could order something to eat along with our drinks. The hostess apparently had no knowledge about whether they had food available at that time or not or even if the kitchen was open(and this was 5 pm) . When we ordered our drinks they poured us some in small party glasses, which was unusual as everyone else seemed to be having there drink in regular glasses. Also they informed us that they won't be able accept cards and we have to settle our tabs in cash. Later she said that we don't need to pay for our drinks, (probably because of the way the patrons were treating us and the management did absolutely nothing about it), but at this point we did not feel like we needed that charity, given our overall experience. We actually went to a nearby ATM and paid for our drinks in cash . Overall it felt like a place that's only welcoming to their regular patrons and newcomers were not welcome. In my opinion this is not a very good approach especially if you are running a bar. I will most likely...
